Recommend 10/10! I contacted them on the weekend for my parents and they scheduled me accordingly to my availability. Lou and Adam were amazing. They came with their own shoe covers and a positive attitude. Lou assessed the issue immediately and was able to give us a quote. They cleared up the misinformation I was given by other companies and said they could start the job that day. Both were very attentive and kindly answered the millions of questions I had. My dad is super picky and old-school when it comes to his ways. He was on the phone the entire time and had me double-check everything. But Lou and Adam were so cooperative when it could have been annoying (which I dearly appreciate). They labeled everything clearly and made sure it was cleaned up. My dad was even happy! We also love the company's mission and background. I now know who to call for any plumbing issues and will recommend to others.

We had a very good experience with Custom Plumbing when they came to fix a water leak. They went over and above in finding and fixing the issue.

Shade Adkins was our technician and he was amazing. He was thorough and professional and super friendly even at 10pm at night. He arrived super quickly and gave us piece of mind. He went over everything in detail. We are so thankful he was able to come on such short notice.

Troy was very professional and got the issue resolved quickly. It's nice to see a professional who really knows what they are doing.

Our apartment washing machine drain line was backed up and after 2 visits from other plumbers with no success. Freddy spent the time and unclogged our drain! Incredible, incredible service from this company!!!

If you don’t have time to read the whole review, the brief review is this: Lennard’s Plumbing provided top notch customer service. Since leaving the Midwest, I haven’t experienced customer service this good. They have a customer for life and I will recommend them to everyone!

The long review: I talked to Lennard personally the day that I called. He was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help us out. He discovered that our tankless water heater was a Home Depot model and that it was going to be hard to get parts for it. Lennard stopped out to verify the issue and told us he would work on getting the parts. He made some calls and went way above and beyond what I would normally expect. He had a warranty unit lined up and all I had to do was call to give my credit card information (for the core charge) to place the order.

After the unit was received, Lennard was able to get an installer out the next day. We were very grateful for this as we had been without hot water for almost 5 days. The installer showed up when he said he was going to and had the new water heater installed in no time. This gentleman (who I unfortunately cannot remember his name) was also extremely friendly when I talked to him on the phone.

Everything is working great, and again, I couldn’t have been happier with the service. Thank you all so much!

Top notch service! Being new to AZ, I did not know who to call. My home warranty sent Nick out with Norfleet Family Plumbing. He was on time and fixed my sinks. He also taught me how to fix one myself when a warranty part arrives soon, and he went above and beyond to inspect my water heater and give me information on what to expect with that. I called Pink Plumbing & Sewer after seeing some work done at another home. The person had nothing but great things to say so I called them up for the same install for a Halo 5-stage home water filter. I had been looking at these for the last year and finally decided to pull the trigger.
Lou is the Mast Tech that was assigned to my job and he and his apprentice were incredible. They showed up on time and worked as a team. They both were patient with my questions and showed me how to run the system and explained what to expect. Lou will pull out a level for his pipe work so it is straight and level! I was impressed since the last two plumbers I’ve had over couldn’t seem to get their installs neatly done.

I would recommend them to anyone and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service and their quality of work.

Allen was very professional and honest. My sink was at a stand still, he came out and fixed it very fast, waited around to make sure it was done properly, which I very much appreciated. If you are looking for a good plumber look no further
