Best Clearing Drains in Phoenix AZ

I’m not sure if it was an employee or the owner (my hands had olive oil on them from prepping dinner so I was rushed) but a gentleman just hand delivered the $100 refund check and a box of See’s Candy. Very nice touch. Changed my rating from 1 to 5 because this company heard our feedback and didn’t brush it off.Does it change our experience? No. BUT it does make me believe that our experience isn’t the norm, which I had a feeling anyhow based on prior reviews that led us to use this company in the first place.Final feedback is that the check was made out to my husband. It was actually my card that was used to pay for the repair - the wife. Probably unintentional, but remember that progressive customer service approaches, like asking who the check should be made out to, are noticed and appreciated. Not everyone banks jointly, and not all husbands make more than the wife ?********************************************************The gentleman was punctual, friendly and fast but there was ZERO dust mitigation.I’d hope that plastic would have been hung or laid down, I spent a good hour cleaning up the entire bathroom afterwards. EVERY inch was covered in dust and grime.**Edit 1: My husband came home and checked the work after I paid, there isn’t any caulking around the plate and the shower head is loose. He’s calling them now.It sucks leaving this kind of review because the guy was nice. But this was $1000.00 repair and it wasn’t done properly.I’ll update if they come fix it.**Edit 2:Called and the guy came back but tried blaming ME, by saying, “ But your wife said everything looked ok “Mind blown. My husband asked him if that was really this company’s quality control, asking someone with zero plumbing experience if their work “looks ok”They offered a refund of $100.00This was our daughter’s birthday and we were late to a function because the work was not done right the first time.I also had to clean the carpet because the guy walked back and forth between bathrooms without putting down any plastic or mats.Then clean my tub a second time after he left.Ridiculous experience.

Tony at Parker & Sons was super helpful! He helped us find the most affordable route to take for repairs. Obviously knowledgeable. Gave us some solid recommendations for preventative maintenance going forward.

I'm glad I went with Peerless. They provided great service, got me scheduled as soon as I could fit in their schedule, and came out before my scheduled repair as they were concerned with my lines collapsing. They were very attentive, professional and did all repairs as promised and with minimal disruption to my life. I highly recommend them!

Emergency service by Kevin Schnurstein was beyond the best. Out at night working in pouring rain and having the best and most helpful attitude. His work was superior, my drains were running again that night. Kevin had to return to cut out all the roots clogging my sewer system. He did a very thorough job - everything is perfect. My neighbors next door were so impressed by Kevin, they asked him if they could hire him right then to look at their sewer system - of course he did and it did relieve their minds.I would recommend Kevin Schnurstein and George Brazil to everyone - my son recommended George Brazil to me! Thanks Kevin for all your hard work - you were awesome!

When we called them they were able to have someone out within 2 hours. Devante (Service Tech) went above and beyond our expectations, especially when you're in the trade business and it's hard to find someone who not only values his job, but takes pride in what they do! We will definitely use and refer this company in the future, not only for our residential, but also for the company I work for!

Shane is awesome. I got his name from our neighborhood app. Many people from the app were very happy with his work. I called and he was over within the hour. He spent two + hours fixing numerous plumbing problems. His compensation was extremely fair. Highly recommend!

Easy peezyKitchen sink/disposal area was slow leaking. Our service man was super quick to access and solve on the spot! Troy replaced the disposal in record time. We placed the service call at 8:00 Mon morning, got notification they were on their way at 11:00 and he was all done and out the door by noon. I sooo appreciate this service.Thank you
