Absolutely outstanding response time and customer service. I have never dealt with a more efficient and knowledgeable plumbing service in my life of more than a half century! Our hot water heater began to leak and flooded the garage and seeped into the common wall between the garage and my den. Jeremy from Pruitt Plumbing responded within an hour of the call, Quickly assessed the situation, removed the damaged appliance and looped our water so we would at least have cold water. He called a home restoration company who was also here within an hour and within another hour they had removed the damaged wall, pulled the baseboard inside and rebuilt the pedestal for the heater. Had a difficult sewer problem that multiple other plumbers could not fix trenchless - They all recommended digging through our floor to repair the sewer pipe. Peerless plumbing and nudrain did a beautiful job repairing the pipe trenchless, no digging, no damage to our house whatsoever. The techs were very personable and clearly took pride in their work and doing a great job. We highly recommend them.

Johnny was awesome! We had, what I thought, was an emergency. I was told 7 pm or earlier. Johnny showed up at 5:15. Very knowledgeable, courteous and went right to work. Great fix and was done by 6:45. Explained everything and even found me and applied a discount coupon.

Amazing company. Had 5 other plumber tell me my kitchen sink line was collapsed, then came in and a did a process called “descaling” and restored the pipes to almost original condition (50 year old cast iron piping). Showed me video of the pipes after and showed there was no damage to pipes what-so ever. They were upfront and honest. Did great job and were very nice, not to mention the 10k+ they saved me.

Alex at Moon Valley to the rescue!!! The toilets at our rental home were backing up into the house. We made the mistake of calling a different company claiming 24/7 emergency repair. 5 days later all they had done was dig a big hole and abandon the job. I called Moon Valley who sent out Alex. He told me he could do the job the next day. As promised, he showed up like the cavalry first thing in the morning, and with superior equipment, manpower and professionalism went straight to the problem and had it all repaired in hours!!! Words cannot capture what a big deal Alex and the whole crew at Moon Valley were for us. Absolute 5 star experience the best way to say it is they have my plumbing business from now on!!!!!

What a GREAT company! Okay, today didn't start out so good, because of an inadequate washer hookup (from a remodeling company that was working on my house) that lightly flooded my laundry room! So, I gave Jan Ashford Plumbing a call & that was the right call! They sent out Gerald who's been doing plumbing for 35 years and really knows his profession! He looks like he really loves his job! Well, everything is running well! I now know what company to call & refer when there are plumbing issues! Thank you so much Gerald!
