Called and spoke with Michelle, who was very knowledgeable and helpful. When my issue got a little too technical, she had me speak with Chad, who seemed to know exactly what my problem was over the phone, and sent me back to Michelle for scheduling. This was at 1pm on a Wed and Michelle didn't think she should get a tech out that day, but said she would try her best because we mentioned we had two small children and she didn't want us stuck with a clogged main drain. She was able to get Justin to our house by 3:30 and he was wonderful. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in 30 minutes, and allowed me to hover over him asking a million questions. We had received a quote earlier in the day for 780$ from another plumber and what he was describing just didn't make sense, and Justin confirmed why that didn't make sense and even showed me on the inspection camera why the other service wouldn't be necessary. Was charged 150$, and was happy to pay it. Will use their services again, and refer them to anyone who needs a plumber.

I called Parker & Sons today my AC wasn’t working on the first warm day of the season. This winter I had inadvertently turned off the breaker switch. And had forgotten to flip it back. So the service man came out and determined the problem.and flipped it back. Problem solved. I had thought it would show some class and PR not to charge me. But since I had agreed to the service call price of $95, of course I was charged and paid this price. I doubt a smaller company would have charged me this fee, but not Parker And Sons, was charged the full price. How about building some nice customer relationships? Will remember this, Have a nice evening.

These guys are awesome. On time, very friendly and did a great job. Great Communication skills. Couldn’t of asked for anybody better.

Did upgrade on kitchen faucet and replaced the turn on and off valves in kitchen and also two bathrooms on off valves..really nice guys did a great job..truely professional..would recommend to anyone in need of plumbing service and I will use their service again in future..thank you Plumbers of Maricopa!!!

My wife got a new spa for her birthday, and not only did Tony come out to do an estimate on a Sunday, he stuck around for eight hours and did the install the same day. George Brazil came highly rated, so I figured they'd be really expensive, but Tony's quote was actually nearly $1000 under a quote we got two days prior. I'd highly recommend Tony, and George Brazil to anyone needing electrical service.

We have used this company twice now in just over one year. The owner, Ron, is awesome! Ron cleared our clogged kitchen sink drain with ease and at no additional cost when other plumbers were going to charge us extra fees for having to go up on our roof. He came out again to clear a nasty sewer blockage. Both times he quoted us the price over the phone and was able to come to our house within 2 hours of our call. Ron does not try to sell extra services or service plans. He solves the problem and is on his way in no time. We couldn’t be more pleased with Ron and his swift, courteous, and professional service.

He also taught me how to fix one myself when a warranty part arrives soon, and he went above and beyond to inspect my water heater and give me information on what to expect with that. Was referred by a friend to this company. Made an appointment for Friday, August 14th at noon. Dennis, the owner, did a no show. When I called his sec'y told me I was mistake and that the appointment was for noon on August 21st. I bit the bullet and gave them another chance. When Dennis had not shown up at 12:05, I called the office and was told he was running 30-45 minutes late. There is no excuse for not having received a phone call to let me know he was running late. I called my friend that recommended this company & told him the story. He will never recommend Qualtire again! I am a business owner and would never treat my customers in this fashion! 1 Star is a stretch...

I can't rate what i didn't experience. They never called or showed up to take care of the service call set but the management company. So after 2nd day of no water, i bought the party and fixed it myself.
