First off I would like to say this is one of those companies to where if I could give them more than a five-star rating I would Alex I think is the name of the guy that I worked with I've dealt with this company before I wanted to leave this review a while ago but I just got busy I cannot say enough good things about this company and the way they work they are absolutely awesome I had an issue with my sewer line under warranty part of the line collapse when they replaced it they found a problem with the city line instead of passing off the buck they got a hold of the city got somebody out there on a holiday which is amazing and took care of everything and I literally had to do nothing because they were on top of things the way they were if you need a good plumber this is the company you go to hands down

The water softener resin burst into cold water lines. Charles Plumb stopped by in few hours and helped me understand the issue and each line item in the quote. He planned his work to mitigate the issue thinking about long term implications. I have never seen a smart plumber like Charles. He meticulously performed troubleshooting and came up with innovative solutions to resolve the most difficult clogs in my master bathroom. He met his commitments, led the work with utmost quality and completed the entire work in 6-7 h. He gave 1 year warranty just in case if any clog issue comes back that only suggests how confident he was with his work. Keep up the great work! Parker and sons you are lucky to have him.

James & Max Came to My Home Because I needed a Good Disposer for Septic Mild Use. James Recommended a Great Brand and Installed It along with an extender to my water heater giving hot water faster and longer. he also flushed my heater he and Max installed a shower head and checked my water pressure and repaired a loose pipe under my sink. They were on time wore foot booties knew what they were doing! The price was good and they were so pleasant. Michelle in the office is delightful and knowledgeable. Just moved into a new home in Robson Ranch, Eloy AZ. Had these guys install a whole house water filtration and softner system and a reverse osmosis filter for drinking water and ice maker. They are professional and show-up on time. Did a great job and were neat and tidy. When setting up the water system to the refrigerator ice maker they could have taken a short cut with the connectors they had but they told me they wanted to do it right so they drove into town to pick up the connectors they wanted to use, a 20 minute drive back and forth and after 5:30 in the afternoon, wow. Can't say enough about this company, do not hesitate, if you need a plumber for any reason just give them a call.

George has done several jobs for us always in a reasonable amount of time at a fair price. Recently we had our water heater go out and we provided us with multiple options depending on what we wanted to get. He is a solid guy and does excellent work. We have referred him to many people and they have all reported back how pleased they were with his work and price.
