Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.

I had two connected bathroom sinks that were completely clogged and not draining. I called around to about 7 different local rooter services including the big companies and independent guys and went with action rooter because they quoted me about half as much as the other guys. I was a little wary about the cheap price (sometimes you get what pay for, but in this case I just didn't have any extra money to spend) but the plumber came out within an hour and half and fixed both clogs in about 25 minutes. They have a 30 day guarantee and he said to give him a call back if there were any problems. He also told me how I got the clog and recommended something I can get for my sink to help prevent future build up. Overall very fast, professional, and affordable. I will definitely call them the next time I have an issue.

After a big error done by our home builder's construction team drilling an enormous oversized hole for our reverse osmosis system into our new kitchen's counter, nobody was able to help me finding an extra large faucet that could be installed for our RO system. Then I called Nick and he started searching immediately for a solution and was able to find a manufacturer that sells custom faucets within a short time. Nick's great effort and professionalism finding me the perfect faucet deserves ten stars! Immensely grateful that this error was corrected thanks to Nick's dedication and professionalism.

What a GREAT company! Okay, today didn't start out so good, because of an inadequate washer hookup (from a remodeling company that was working on my house) that lightly flooded my laundry room! So, I gave Jan Ashford Plumbing a call & that was the right call! They sent out Gerald who's been doing plumbing for 35 years and really knows his profession! He looks like he really loves his job! DANGEROUS DRIVERS!!!!!!Today I was driving and about to enter the turnpike to get into the 17 going south from carefree highway when truck #439 license plate CK32987 decided to illegally cut across all lanes of traffic to push their way infront of me at the last minute forcing me to brake very hard. Whomever was driving should have their license revoked. If you see them on the street beware of their dangerous driving.
