Best Water Line Install in Phoenix AZ

We had them out to install a water softener. They were on time and VERY professional!
I was skeptical about this item, BUT my husband wanted it. The first few showers I took I felt oily, I thought maybe it wasnt for me, but then realized it was a CLEAN feeling I was having! I am in LOVE with it now! Less water usage for everything, which for a family of 4 is HUGE. Your hair is softer and fuller, your skin is silky and smooth and laundry seems to be cleaner than ever before!

Called yesterday. They showed up today (ON A SUNDAY) Not only were they able to detect the leak, which was under the foundation, they were able to stop the leak! I got very lucky with these folks. 11/10 would recommend.

I had a problem with my hot water heater. Ray was very prompt and called before he came out. He was very professional, diagnosed the problem and repaired it. He did not try to upsell or make unnecessary repairs. I would use Harley Plumbing again.

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.

Mountain Ridge came out and properly fixed my shower drain after two unsuccessful repairs by my home warranty plumbing company. If I knew the quality of repairman the Warranty used I would have never purchased it and just kept a few good companies like Mountains Ridge in my contacts and saved the hassle.

What a GREAT company! Okay, today didn't start out so good, because of an inadequate washer hookup (from a remodeling company that was working on my house) that lightly flooded my laundry room! So, I gave Jan Ashford Plumbing a call & that was the right call! They sent out Gerald who's been doing plumbing for 35 years and really knows his profession! He looks like he really loves his job! Called with a plumbing emergency due to sewage backflow. Even though they advertise 24/7 the lady that answered the phone said she had to wake up one of the technicians. Supposedly, they would call me back within 10 minutes. 4 hours later I contacted someone else.

I can't rate what i didn't experience. They never called or showed up to take care of the service call set but the management company. So after 2nd day of no water, i bought the party and fixed it myself.
