Technician came out and did not quote price before starting work. He tightened a fastener with one turn of a wrench on the city side of the meter and the leak was fixed. Even though he stated me nor the company should touch the city side. Asked him what I owed him and after 10 minutes on his tablet he csme back with a 250 plus dollar bill. Horrible experience with this company. Will use another company on Google search next time I need a service.

I didn't actually end up using Now Plumbing, but they were ready at a moment's notice to help me with a plumbing emergency, and their customer service was great. It was great to be in contact with someone who was willing to assist with almost zero notice, and the whole process really put my mind at ease. They didn't hassle me at all for canceling either. All in all a very positive experience.
