Alex was expeditious on resolving an issue on one of my rental properties for a great price. Very easy doing business and I will call him again.

I used them again, this time to unclog a sink at one of my tenants' homes. They were offered right away, with a selection of window times. The plumber accommodated the modification and spoke with me on a regular basis. He spent many hours with snakes ranging from garden to Anaconda, all while being monitored and commanded. They were really courteous and patient with the older renter, which I appreciated. And the cost was really affordable! Use these people! :)

I have worked with Danny for nearly 20 years. Danny is the definition of an Old School Plumber. He is thorough and pays attention to the details. Indoors or outdoors he knows his stuff. Rhonda (his wife) manages his office just as well. They are a Perfect example of a successful small business!

Scott has been great to work with and has solved many issues at my home. He was able to fix a years-long AC problem and also installed a new water heater quickly when my old one died. He's professional, responsive and knowledgeable.

I called and the estimator Chris was here within 30 min, quote in 30 minutes and they started work right away. This job was moving drains and a vent pipe for a complete remodel. Our plumber Rich was excellent, got down to business and it a king plumber of remodel which is the most difficult type of plumbing. Matter of fact and very efficient. I would definitely call him again. A good plumber is hard to find, believe me. I will use them for all my plumbing needs.

Cesar the technician was great! Very professional and informative . Took his time and made sure everything was working fine. I definitely recommend this company - we called them , they answered quickly and someone was out within an hour. Price was affordable and right .

These guys are great. Job was bid at a great price. Work was done on schedule with attention to detail. Great communication. Will definitely be using again for our commercial plumbing needs. The service we used is not listed but if you need commercial grease trap work call this company.

Mountain Ridge came out and properly fixed my shower drain after two unsuccessful repairs by my home warranty plumbing company. If I knew the quality of repairman the Warranty used I would have never purchased it and just kept a few good companies like Mountains Ridge in my contacts and saved the hassle.

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.

Excellent company that I have no hesitation in recommending. I have used them 3 times and the job was done on time with excellent quality and very reasonable prices. When I had to replace my water heater a good tank cost $100 less than anyone else.

I wish I could rate zeros stars, because they did not complete the job we requested them to do.
It began in November when I contacted American Home Shield to have our faucet repaired. They assigned Centurian and after the first appointment was not kept it was rescheduled and they came out to our home. They stated it was unrepairable . They stated that once a new faucet was obtained they would return to install. The faucet was received the next day, and this began the ignoring of phone calls and text messages.

This place/company if you choose to call it, failed to respond and even acknowledge the flood of messages that both myself and spouse gave in attempt to have our job completed. When appointments were set, they were not kept on numerous occasions and no phone call was given to reschedule. I could go on, but this cycle repeated until we finally were able to have contract given to another company.

BELIEVE THE REVIEWS! AVOID THIS PLACE, AND SAVE YOURSELF A HUGE HEADACHE!

Called with a plumbing emergency due to sewage backflow. Even though they advertise 24/7 the lady that answered the phone said she had to wake up one of the technicians. Supposedly, they would call me back within 10 minutes. 4 hours later I contacted someone else.

I can't rate what i didn't experience. They never called or showed up to take care of the service call set but the management company. So after 2nd day of no water, i bought the party and fixed it myself.

We have family at the house while we were out of town but the temperature was rising quickly and our grass was just not looking the way it should. We called Discount Sprinkler and got a quote for what we needed. Turns out we needed a new valve, 6 sprinkler heads replaced and a drip line repaired. We scheduled the appointment and Jordan arrived on time and fixed everything pretty quickly. Even though we were out of town the communication was awesome. We will definitely be using them again if anything else is out of whack with my irrigation system.
