It was fine.

So I don't normally leave 5-star reviews, but when I thought about it, I realized I really had no reason to give Water Heaters Only anything less :) We called at 5:00 am this morning and I had a new water heater installed before noon today. Since I had the emergency shut off instructions sticker on the side of the water heater, I automatically got $50 off the service, so that was a nice bonus. It sucks to replace stuff like this in the house, but this company made it as smooth as possible for us, so I really appreciate the service level and Trevor E was friendly and professional!

Showed up on time, worked all day 3 of them finished the job excellent service excellent job. When finished cleaned up would not have known anyone was there working. Highly recommend

Our older Moon Valley home has some tricky plumbing. Alex and Jr really took the time to listen to my wife and I, and understand our needs prior to the work. In spite of difficulties, they worked hard to fix my plumbing issue, and left the place neat and clean. These guys are friendly, knowledgeable, and hard working. Price was exactly as anticipated, and given the work effort, turned out to be a huge bargain for me. I have a new plumber!!

Elemental Plumbers did an amazing job! I had heard really good service from some friends and decided to give them a call for a few plumbing issues I was having around the house. Frank came out and did a thorough inspection and gave me his honest opinion about what can be done to fix it. I appreciated the honesty and him taking the time to explain to me what was wrong and how to fix it.

Technician from Blue Drop Plumbing & Rooter gave me some tips on how to help the situation until then. This really put my mind at ease and showed me that they were willing to go above and beyond to help their customers. I appreciated their thoughtfulness and attention to detail.

Overall great service and a reasonable price. To be honest, it took two separate technician visits, but the second one seemed very knowledgeable and professional. He actually made up for the first one, though I was primarily happy that they didn’t try to charge us for having two techs having to visit.

I am really pleased with the recent service I received from this company. I was having issues with a clogged toilet and a slow-draining bathtub. The team was able to swiftly offer an appointment. The plumber arrived the next day, assessed the situation, and advised us to begin by using them on the tub drain rather than resorting to more extreme measures. They cleared a hair blockage, and I've had no troubles in the last few weeks. I hope I don't need their services again very soon, but if I do, I'll surely call them.

I ordered new A/C through Lowe’s. Mike Tufegdzic came to my home on time and was prepared to analyze my home for a good A/C fit. Mike was a professional, and I was impressed that he took the time to listen to me to ensure he understood my expectations. I selected a unit that is affordable and will serve me for many years. Thank you so very muchMike!Wait....There is more. Three days after ordering my new AC unit, here comes two professional AC installers, Felipe and George. Boy, they sure knew what they were doing. They ripped out that old dinosaur on my roof and replaced it with a bright, shiny new TRANE unit. They cleaned up the house and would not leave until I knew how to program the new thermostat and to ensure all of my questions were answered. (They were) Keep Mike, Felipe and George on the payroll. They were fantastic. Thank you Day and Night!!

Scott has always been there for AC repairs and now finally a replacement. He was prompt with service and we had a new unit quickly installed. I will definitely be using his services again!

Septic backed up into house! Chris came out first thing in an- detected broken pipe with roots into broken pipe. Fixed it temporarily till his excellent crew came out to dig out pipe and replace.

Second call out for main water line break under driveway was unfortunately taken for Scottsdale upcharge. Never received quote upfront which is yet another learning experience. When asked for breakout of quote was insulted as a women who doesn’t understand business. In spite my running a professional business with 5-6 employees for 30+ years! Ultimately Chris said the 4-5 laborers for 7 hours was $7000. $$$ Really?
Would definitely get a second opinion in writing before using this company.
