Water was leaking from an exterior pipe on the side of the house. Spoke with Kelly from Arizona Integrity Pluming and he knew exactly what the problem was over the phone. It was the irrigation pipe and even though we no longer used our irrigation system there was still pressure in the pipe. Kelly suggested that we turn off the water to that pipe and to use wd40 since it was rusted. We took Kelly's advice and presto the water leak stopped. Literally all we had to do was turn a handle and Kelly knew that. He is an honest man and he is the perfect example of why Arizona Integrity Pluming lives up to their name!

We were having issues with the 12+-year-old water heater and salt softener and decided to have them checked. Called Hays Cooling, Heating, and Plumbing and Jimmy Morris came out and confirmed our suspicions - that we needed to replace them BEFORE it became an emergency. We opted for a Navien Tankless heater and a Flow-Tech water conditioning system and they were able to install them the next day! Very clean and professional job - and we will NEVER run out of hot water again. Showers are GREAT (love a hot shower) and the hot water circulating pump makes getting hot water faster with less waste. Highly recommend Hays for the quick action and Jimmy Morris and Brent Skaggs for their exceptional removal and replacement.

Pretty solid work

When looking for electrical services, my husband found Penguin Air services on Craiglist, and called for estimates on the electrical work and lights that I was wanting to brighten up our backyard. CJ Evans was prompt for the time agreed upon to meet us at our home. He was VERY professional, and knowledgable with all of the questions we had. He even had fantastic suggestions to add to my vision of what I was wanting. The day of the service, CJ quickly started the process, and continued to loop my husband and I in on his progress, to make sure he was right on track of what we asked for (which he was every step of the way). Although I don't understand anything that is electrical related, CJ was clear when explaining the process, so that we both could understand, and my husband learned a lot more from him. CJ's estimated time from start to finish was about 4 hours, in which he succeeded. The clean up was super fast, and nothing was left behind for us to deal with. We will be definitely be calling Penguin Air and requesting CJ again for more add ons, as well as recommending this company to everyone that is in need of professional services of good value and quality !! Installed a Rinnai Tankless for over $1000 cheaper than quoted from a highly ranked plumber. Lennard and crew did a high quality job in a timely manner. Team took time to explain the various steps even to the point of explaining how the condensate drain worked and why the exhaust needed to be PVC instead of metal.

These guys were hard working, competent, fair, and professional, showed up 10 min early. Highly recommend. They dug up a hack job sewer splice in my backyard when it was 112° and fixed it in an afternoon while I watched from the A/C. Got the recommendation from my dad and he was right. I'll call these guys every time I need a plumber!

Good business is hard to come by these days unfortunately. Pete and Roy were very straightforward and trustworthy. He took his time to explain everything including when we encountered additional problems. He showed up on short notice and fixed my leak and gave advice to address with insurance and also some preventative maintenance. I will definitely work with him again in the future. Problems are never fun especially from inconvenience and costs, however, its businesses like this that soften the blow. Highly recommended.
