I appreciate the fact that after over a month. Steven came to the house and ran a camera down and recorded all the work done so he could show us. He apologized for the amount of time I’ it finally took to repair the work. I hope to never have to call for repairs for awhile. Thank you for making it right Steven.

I had sewage coming up from my master bathroom toilet and shower. Then my second bathroom starting acting up. I attempted to call my home warranty after waiting on hold for about an hour and a half I decided to end the call. From there I called Charity Plumbing and talked with the owner Jim. Within the hour Bill showed up and I explained the situation. He ended up going onto my roof and snaking the main pipe. They were beyond professional from start to end. I’m going to be recommending them to all of my family and friends.

Dave came in and fixed the broken valves for our washing machine and on top of that fixed our leaky shower. Dave went above and beyond as he was only going to change the trim kit for the shower but he ended replacing the shower valve due to a leak. He stuck around and finished the job and then cleaned everything up. I would not hesitate to use Somers Plumbers again.

I highly recommend Eddie (and his team) from Johnco Plumbing. His has great customer service, expertise and does quality work. He went above and beyond to fix a sewer line issue on my property. I’ll use Eddie and Johnco for any future plumbing needs that I have.

I was interested in changing from a 75 gallon gas water heater to a tankless gas water heater. Zippity employee, Devante, was scheduled to give me an estimate at my home. He arrived on time and evaluated my current 20 year old water heater. After discussing the water usage, Devante explained the unit he was suggesting and answered all my questions. After providing the written quote he was able to schedule the install the following day. He returned the next morning and completed the job within.the estimated time. Devante is very knowledgeable and professional. He completed a nice retrofit of the unit and had it up and running. I am very happy and highly recommend Zippity!

Had a great experience with this company. The knob in the shower in the master bathroom broke and water was leaking and pouring out. Called penguin air and they had someone out within two hours of calling The guy that came out was Eric Harms, he had great customer service and was very helpful. Will definitely use them again for future services.

Our tech was Josh, and he was upbeat, thorough, and so willing to help. he really made sure we got the best price, letting us know about promotions we had no idea existed. He did a fantastic job installing a brand new water heater, and a new reverse osmosis system the day after our inspection. There was no pressure to get anything we didn't need, and we were given lots of options in what we could do. They didn't try to pressure us into a sale with false fear of outcomes if we didn't do it either. He was very respectful of our time, and our space while in our home. The company, and the sister company Goettle that we dealt with in the past, were both above and beyond. We now have an ongoing membership with them and will use them for our yearly inspections and servicing for our home. Overall, as you can tell, we are pleased with all the services we have had this year. Highly recommend them.

Technician from Elemental Plumbers ensure that the repair was completed to the highest standard and that the resident was satisfied with the work done. This level of customer service is rare these days and it was refreshing to see a company that truly cares about their customers.

Here is my honest review. Tony the technician came to my condo to inspect my AC which seemed to not be blowing cold enough. My AC ended up working just fine, just the heat and humidity was not allowing it to preform to a high standard. It was mentioned that my coils were dirty and without asking me if i'd like the service of them being clean, let alone being told it would be an additional charge, the coil within the unit of the split system was cleaned (4/5 minute thing spray some solution with water). The coil cleaning ended up being $170+ additional charge. If I would have been told the price I would have done the service myself. Tony was a great guy and answered the few questions I had, so I don't want to take away from that. Overall if you use this company just be prepared for a large charge or ask repeatedly if this is a charge. I know small businesses are hurting right now, but not being transparent with prices before tasks are done can put customers into a pinch.
