HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE . I left 3 messages in 2 weeks to get someone out with the camera to locate a broken sewer line and still no response. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

This was the first time I used Walker Plumbing. I received their information as a preferred partner from the Rosie on the House site. Jody was the tech who did an outstanding job reviewing my issue with the water heater and quickly identifying a solution. This required a tank replacement. Jody went out of his way to go pick one up in Tempe, and returned within the hour. He had it installed within 30 minutes. Very fast, efficient and friendly at a very reasonable price. I will be using Walker for all my future plumbing needs.

I had the pleasure of working with Aqua Pro Plumbing Co local family-owned company for my whole house filtration system needs. When my old system broke, I contacted them, and they were here the same day to assess the situation. The technician who came to my house was friendly and professional, and I was impressed with their prompt response and commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Due to bad pex (plastic piping) originally installed in home and subsequent leak / mold in kitchen wall had to have total repipe of hot water lines in 5 year old house. AZIP was contracted to do the job by the manufacturer. Romero and Bianca did 95% of the work and they are a great team. Well qualified, competent, compassionate and helpful. Did great work. Highly recommend them.

Super Company:Jeff serviced my two Trane A/C-Heat units. He was a very pleasant person to deal with, worked efficiently, gave me some helpful hints, and was very friendly.He also did not try to sell me something (unlike I have experienced with another company in the past)!The Hays Cooling & Heating LLC company has serviced my units since 9/2010, and I have alway had excellent service and help from not only the technicians, but from the office personnel, to even the owner!Thanks you from a very satisfied customer.

My wife and I bought a house recently, and when our washing machine backed up - it was a wake up call that cast iron pipes from the 60's don't last forever.

Brandon and Ben worked together to get our kitchen/laundry line scoped and descaled - working like new in 48 hours. We liked them so much, we called them back for the much larger project of installing an resin liner in our bathroom sewer line (which had a slowly growing crack).

Ben analyzed the situation, explained the process, wrote out a quote, and when the day came - executed it exactly as he said. Ben and Mark were professional and courteous, fixed the issue promptly, and the yard was left even better than it was when they arrived.

I will be recommending Zippity Split to all my family and friends.

If you don’t have time to read the whole review, the brief review is this: Lennard’s Plumbing provided top notch customer service. Since leaving the Midwest, I haven’t experienced customer service this good. They have a customer for life and I will recommend them to everyone!

The long review: I talked to Lennard personally the day that I called. He was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help us out. He discovered that our tankless water heater was a Home Depot model and that it was going to be hard to get parts for it. Lennard stopped out to verify the issue and told us he would work on getting the parts. He made some calls and went way above and beyond what I would normally expect. He had a warranty unit lined up and all I had to do was call to give my credit card information (for the core charge) to place the order.

After the unit was received, Lennard was able to get an installer out the next day. We were very grateful for this as we had been without hot water for almost 5 days. The installer showed up when he said he was going to and had the new water heater installed in no time. This gentleman (who I unfortunately cannot remember his name) was also extremely friendly when I talked to him on the phone.

Everything is working great, and again, I couldn’t have been happier with the service. Thank you all so much!

Our AC went out (within the 2 year warranty), and I called up to get a repair scheduled. They told us the first opportunity for them to come out is in 10 DAYS!! Our living area is 87F right now, and it will only get hotter, any they want us to suffer for a week and a half! Awful service & support!

Our bathroom was stuck in the 80's and now it's not! Thanks to Qualtire we are so happy and couldn't be happier! They came in and got rid of everything and put in a beautiful walk in shower, a water closet, new cabinets, new flooring, new everything and it's so beautiful and such high quality. This review is overdue. We've relied on Sav-On Plumbing for repairs and upgrades for a couple of years. Their customer service is always outstanding. They are easy to schedule, show up promptly, and consistently do an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

Replaced failed heat pump in a timely and professional manner. They were able to accommodate my next-day installation requirement when nobody else could. Charged a fair price and also credited $1,000 from a repair they did 4 months ago. Nice people and easy to work with. Recommend them.

We were referred to this company through American Home Shield warranty. They were supposed to come out 5 days after we ordered the service, but couldn’t make it on the scheduled date because the assigned plumber had to go to court unexpectedly (he actually called to tell us this). When he showed up the next day, he wouldn’t take the cap off of our clean out so we did it ourselves in order to get him to snake the line. He also wouldn’t go through the kitchen sink, where the backup was. He tried to tell us we had roots in the line and wouldn’t finish the job. So we called Roto-Rooter, who literally came out 2 hours later and completely cleared the kitchen line in less than an hour. No roots mentioned. Warranty included for the work done by Roto-Rooter.
