Best Water Heater Issues in Phoenix AZ

Today Cody came out to fix a problem that the previous plumber created. Cody was very professional and courteous, but also personable and friendly. He had the problems fixed faster than I had anticipated and made sure to ask if I needed anything else done while he was there. I asked him to empty the dishwasher, but I guess my son will have to do that when he gets home ?.
The response time was extremely quick. Contacted on Friday and received an immediate response. Had someone out to assess the problem Monday afternoon, and the problem was completely fixed Wednesday.
I would absolutely, 100% reccomend Charity Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

Literally, within 2hr and 4min of my initial call and text was he here, fixed situation and helped assist with another. Prompt with response, talked as he saw situation and just felt at ease all would be well when done. Couldn't be happier.

We are extremely happy with Penguin Air & Plumbing. They were friendly and prompt in getting our needs met. On a day when it was 117 degrees outside, our air conditioning had stopped. We needed someone fast. They were able to send someone out practically right away. Our serviceman, Randy, was friendly and extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was going on with our AC system. He fixed the immediate issue at hand quickly and efficiently. Blue Plumber came out to replace my hot water heater today after I called them yesterday. They were quite amiable and competent, and I would highly suggest them.

Chris Torres was nice but very slow and pretty rude and unprofessional.... Not comfortable with this company anymore... Quite the oppositeHe proceeds to harass me on my personal cell phone and even sends me innapropriate messages of pics on my fb messesnger! Ive blocked him and he still finds ways to contact me ! Says he no longer works for your company but still flips trees in the work van .....which im guessing means he sells drugs through the company name? Terrible

I had such a great experience working with Tom for the two repairs needed at my home. Tom arrived on time and was extremely friendly and professional. He took his time making sure that his work was thorough and correct. Without asking, he even added extra notes to my invoice as he knew I would be submitting it to the city for reimbursement. I have worked with Danny for nearly 20 years. Danny is the definition of an Old School Plumber. He is thorough and pays attention to the details. Indoors or outdoors he knows his stuff. Rhonda (his wife) manages his office just as well. They are a Perfect example of a successful small business!

Amazing service! We're in the process of completing moving our kitchen to what was our living room. Nick re-ran our water lines, main drain, installed our new sink, faucet and garbage disposer. He was very helpful giving us time after running the new lines so we could get the new cabinet installed and came back same day to finish the install of the sink, faucet and disposer. We will definitely use Norfleet Plumbing in the future and would refer them to friends and family. :)

Very poor customer service. Initial meeting was great. Tech said he needed to order a part and would make an appt for the following Monday. So I waited till the end of the appt time snd got in touch with them to see why they hadn’t shown up. They still said there waiting on the part. But no one got in touch with me. So I ask why no communication. He got mad and completely canceled the work order. Bottom line. If you want good customer service , stay clear of this company.
