The technician from Blue plumbers arrived promptly at my house this morning. I was relieved to see him on time as I had a busy day ahead. He greeted me with a smile and introduced himself professionally. I was impressed with his punctuality and courteous manner. It made me feel confident that I had chosen the right company for the job.

I called to schedule a preventative service call for my AC and the earliest they could schedule it was 30 days out. I think Donely needs to manage their workflow better so customers don't have to wait 30 days to get a routine preventative AC service. Looking to find another vendor to service my AC. Update: they did call me back and suddenly found time earlier than a month for my preventative maintenance and the technician did great job, so give them credit for amending the initial poor customer service.

I called because the AC went out and I knew I was close to the end of my warranty. I was anxious about that and Grace could tell by my voice. She calmly helped me check on y warranty and even though it was 4 days past I was allowed to use it till the end of the month. It was the Last day of the month. She managed to get a repairman out for me within hours. Grace was extremely helpful

I am really pleased with the recent service I received from this company. I was having issues with a clogged toilet and a slow-draining bathtub. The team was able to swiftly offer an appointment. The plumber arrived the next day, assessed the situation, and advised us to begin by using them on the tub drain rather than resorting to more extreme measures. They cleared a hair blockage, and I've had no troubles in the last few weeks. I hope I don't need their services again very soon, but if I do, I'll surely call them.

Plumbing problems are a pain in the neck. Its the one thing I cant do and dislike the most about taking care of my home. Scott is the guy you want on your side to help with any issue you cant take care of around your house. He was there when he said he would be....called ahead to confirm....had no issues running to get the parts i didnt have already - and was quick and efficient in his work. Recant my first review. Service call was nothing more than high pressure sales that cost me alot of money i didn't need to spend at this time. Yes, i could have told him to leave. The guy said it would cost me over $1000.00 for parts and freon and my system was working anyway.Their tactics are very shady. Telling me that if i cancell within 24 hours, I'd have to pay 25% of the bill anyway. There are federal and Az state laws that allow for 72 hours to change your mind.I went ahead with the project as next year R22 freon is going away anyway.The two guys that installed the new heatpump were very nice and did a good job .I well never call them again for service.

We have called Mr. Rooter several times to repair some plumbing issues. Keith H is the one we like most because he was always come on time and did his job on timely manner . He is very polite and knowledgeable in answering our questions.

Wow is all that I have to say about Nick and Norfleet plumbing. I called the office to inquire about a tankless water heater. After hearing all of the pros and cons, I decided against it and went with a regular water heater. Melanie gave me all of the information and did not try and sway me one way or the other. My parents were visiting when the water heater went out so it was really bad timing. Nick understood my dilema and bent over backwards and forwards to help resolve the situation. We had to uninstall the old heater, wait for the restoration company to come and then reinstalled when things were dry for a couple days. Then we had to uninstall and let them do the dry wall work. Nick was very helpful as the timing for everyone’s schedules did not always align but he always made it work. If you want an honest, dependable, affordable Plummer look no further as nobody can top the service that Norfleet plumbing provides. And they are a family business so you are supporting local!

We had a water leak in the wall behind our kitchen sink so I called Phoenix Discount Leak Detection. The technician they sent out located the leak and got it fixed in a matter of hours. He was fast and professional and repaired the leaking pipe for an affordable price. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a leak repaired.
