Best Hot Water Heater in Phoenix AZ

Discovered leaks and corrosion on our house's 15-year-old water heater on December 5th, and got an appointment that very same day. Fast response time, friendly technicians, and great work left me very satisfied. Our mechanic, Trevor, fixed everything at a fraction of what it would have cost at Home Depot or some other hardware store. Very grateful and glad to have found this company!

I manage a vacation rental for the owner (my sister) who lives in another state. We have guests who had booked for several weeks, but were having big problems with the a/c during this terrible heat. We tried several times to contact our previous service, but when they finally arrived they did not correct the problem (but said they did), and did not respond to follow-up calls. Fortunately, our neighbors recommended Day & Night, who responded immediately and had a tech out here in hours. He found the problem, knew exactly what he was doing, and went right to work - no going to get parts, etc. He not only diagnosed the problem quickly, he FIXED it on the spot. His presentation, courtesy, knowledge and work ethic were outstanding, and this will definitely be the a/c company we will use for ourselves and our guests, and recommend to our neighbors.

We highly recommend Phoenix Plumbing & Drain after using them for an emergency broken valve in a shower that would not shut off. They were able to get us in on an emergency call and had us fixed up and ready to go same day! They arrived on time, wearing a mask and looking clean and professional, and were knowledgeable with extremely fair pricing. Phoenix Plumbing and Drain is our go to plumbers from now on.

Bought a new heat pump from ACE in 2016. Had annual arrive by ACE since purchased. Ended up with the heat not working this winter and called for service. The tech came out, changed a 30 cent fuse and charged the $79.95 service call. Heat worked for about 40 minutes and the fuse popped. We tied to replace the fuse and they kept popping, so called Saturday for another service call. The service manager scheduled the appointment for Sunday between 7am and 11am and diagnosed the issue as a faulty thermostat wire over the phone and said he would be sure the tech had the wire on his truck. Sunday's appointment was a no call, no show. When I called them, I was told they have no one to service me as 3 techs called out. Appointment was rescheduled for Monday at 5pm. The tech arrived, did not test anything, changed the fuse again and it popped right away. He said he wouldnt test anything else, but could not do the repair since he had no wire on his truck. He quoted $480 to replace the wire, but only 60 feet of the 75 ft that runs from the thermostat to the unit. With no guarantee that would solve the issue! He was asked to leave. Called another local company, tech came out and in 10 mins found the issue. Patched it up, as it's a manufacturer defect and they are working on the warranty to get a proper repair. In the meanwhile, I have heat. Oh...best part...no charge for service call or work done. Hubby replaced thermostat wire for $40 and 20 mins time. I will no longer do business or recommend ACE

My mother's old bathroom pipes leading to her septic tank collapsed when I was out of town recently. As a senior with cognitive issues she was feeling overwhelmed without me there and at a loss of what to do. She called Mr. Rooter for overnight, emergency service at 3:00am.
Due to her age and condition, she has difficulty managing her stress response and was upset (crying and lamenting) all through their repair. When I arrived Devon had completely calmed my mother, speaking to her in a respectful, reassuring way. Additionally, he took the time to explain to me all the work that had been done, and the next steps to expect with restoration, home insurance, etc.
After that display of conflict management, I think Devon should seriously consider a career in social work.
I will happily recommend Mr. Rooter to friends and family, and if you are seeking a professional who is honest and sincere in their work, I encourage you to ask for Devon.

I had a problem with my hot water heater. Ray was very prompt and called before he came out. He was very professional, diagnosed the problem and repaired it. He did not try to upsell or make unnecessary repairs. I would use Harley Plumbing again.

I can't rate what i didn't experience. They never called or showed up to take care of the service call set but the management company. So after 2nd day of no water, i bought the party and fixed it myself.
