East Falls Plumbing has does annual service & repairs on our gas heater for years now. They're extremely knowledgeable, reliable, and professional to work with for our system. They are extremely familiar with a multitude of different heating systems and set-ups that allowed them to troubleshoot issues with our expansion tank needing draining. They also properly installed a new PSI gauge and emergency shut-off valve for our heater when our old ones were defective. Bill and his employees came on-time and were great to work with and will we continue to use their services in the future!

I had an urgent need for two installations; they were quick and very responsive to my needs while also providing a welcoming customer service attitude. This is an excellent company who provides great professional services! I highly recommend them!

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

I had a great experience getting my hot water heater replaced by Aqua. The technicians were on time, very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain things to me. They moved an end table in my living room to make sure they didn’t bump it when removing the old one. I had had a poor experience with a different plumber the day before and I’m so glad Aqua was referred to me instead. They came out quickly, replaced my heater and valves quickly and took the time to clean up their workspace. It was half the price of what I thankfully knew to be a really unfair quote from a diff company. Friendly plumbers, good service, easy to schedule/pay and I got an invoice right away. They arrive quickly and do solid work. The employees that you talk to and that come out are very nice.Would recommend, mostly for ASAP type services.Biggest con is price; they charge higher than smaller, locally owned plumbing companies. That said, if you need service right away with a price that you can feel confident will not change from the quote then go with these guys knowing you'll pay a little more.

I was pleased that this company was able to come to the rescue fairly quickly (and with terrific communication about the timeline so I would know they cared about my urgent needs). Technicians Jimmy and Joe came to snake my sewer backup at the street. They were professional, patient, and reassuring. Drain clearing might be easy for pros, but it can be difficult for us. It makes sense for us homeowners to hire folks with good equipment and decades of know-how. I would use this company again in a heartbeat! My only minor disappointment is that Jimmy said he would have the owner (Bill) contact me for a quote on a bathroom remodel, but crickets so far.

I have used Andrew and crew twice — the first time they came out in the middle of a snow storm (in Manayunk no less) to help with a pilot light / furnace issue at one of my rentals. They were the only ones on the road and every part of that stressful experience was made 100x’s better working with them.The second time they came out was to replace two water heaters, which were quoted at a very fair price. They were able to come out and get the job done quickly with minimal disruption.Communication was on point from start to finish. Dawn, in the office, is a wonderful first impression and very nice to work with and Andrew is super patient and helpful when it comes to understanding the work. They also gave me an accurate time of arrival which is very helpful when coordinating with tenants.I will absolutely be using their services again when the time comes. Thanks guys!

Hot water heater pipe exploded in my restaurant . Water was pouring out the pipe non stop and we couldn’t shut it off . Greater Works Plumbing came to the rescue quick and performed the pipe repair and shop vac’d the water out. BEST EMERGENCY PLUMBERS .

My technician was excellent, and my experience was great. Chris was neat, clean and fast, and had me realizing that I contacted the right company to fix my clog within seconds of meeting him. I'll definitely contact Zoom again if I need their services.
