I called Tony late at night on a Friday because my main sewer line was backing up through the basement drain. He was able to come out Saturday morning to clean the blockage, and fully resolve my issues. I called all around and mike from best price plumbing . was the only plumber I could get on the phone on a Friday. he came right out and investigated my emergency and put a sound test on my pipe outside and determined that it was a broken lead water service. that he was going to need to get a permit for my job.I told him I can not wait because I have a baby in the house. he then r knocked on my Nabor’s door and ran a hose from my house to the neighbors and boom ?!! He got me water he came back with the permit a few later and got the job done neat and clean me and my family are very impressed with mike and his guys are top notch plumbers highly recommend to anyone in need of a good honest plumber

My family and I were without hot water for about a week because of water damage to our almost new 50 gallon tank. Mr. Rooter's staff was able to install a tankless water heater for a fair price (same ball park as two companies, and substantially less than the 4th).Curt and Tyler were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and worked hard to restore our hot water.While other companies quoted this as a multiple day job, Mr. Rooter's staff got the project done in about 6 hours, which was fantastic! The total team of four members helped throughout the process of removing and installing.I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter for their plumbing services, even if you're unsure- allow them the opportunity to quote the job, and earn your business.. you will not be disappointed! We got the work done in April, but I waited a bit to make sure it worked as well as I'd hoped... tankless water heaters are worth the extra money.

I went through something absurd. I made a reservation about Green Heating & Cooling Elec and air conditioning repair a week ago. And, they are supposed to come today, but they didn't keep their promises. Never trust this company. It is a very bad company.Also, the reason for not coming on the day was too embarrassing. The reason is that there is no knowledge of air conditioning.If so, if I had spoken a week ago, I would have contacted another company. It's a really bad company.

My wife and I had a house fire about 1.5 years ago. We hired a contractor to rebuild our whole house. Our contractor hired Sam Wexler for all of the plumbing.Right when we moved back into our new house after being displaced for a year there were problems right away. Every single bathroom sink had leaks, things weren't tightened all the way. We had to keep calling them to come back every few days to fix yet another leak. Which they did and came back often to fix their mistakes.They left a temporary plug on an access point that had caused the master bathroom toilet to constantly overflow and also drain fecal matter and urine into the shower. I called another plumber to come fix that, that plumber discovered the temporary plug that needed to be removed and solved that issue.Now, almost 7 months later after we moved into our house I discovered that there was water under the kitchen sink now. I did some looking and noticed that the pipe that connects the sink to the wall was just loose and was not glued into the wall at all. I could just pull it right out of the wall. So, I called them last weekend about it and today get the response that it is passed their 30 day warranty now and that they can possibly send someone in a few days.Instead of having them come back out, I called my contractor about it and he is going to send someone completely different over to fix this issue now.Who knows what else I will discover in the future.
