Best Plumber in East Falls! I needed a new water heater since the existing one was about 12 years old and making noises. I asked my neighbors for plumber recommendations, and they all recommended East Falls Plumbing. I was able to set up an appointment very soon after I contacted them. The plumber Kevin arrived on time, the installation went smoothly, and Bill the owner also stopped by to make sure everything looked good. The price was very reasonable and they did a great job! I definitely recommend East Falls Plumbing!

Excellent service from Gymone at Murphy Plumbing! Main water line leaking into my basement. Had to turn water off to the house, was still leaking! Gymone answered my after-hours emergency call immediately within 15 minutes. He fixed the problem and was kind enough not to charge an after-hour service call fee! His professionalism and plumbing expertise really saved the day! Would definitely recommend him and use his plumbing services in the future.

Tom quickly resolved the problem, and was extremely professional and skilled. We are thrilled with our experience, and are already in process of scheduling them for a garbage disposal installation.

What a rare treat: a fully honest and forthcoming plumbing & heating contractor who actually managed to convince me that spending on a new high-efficiency hydronic boiler (to replace an inoperable 35+ yr. old Weil-McLain) would be a waste. Their tech arrived promptly and, rather than up-sell us (as other contractors had), he quietly replaced a few parts to service and repair the existing unit. He had the system back up and running perfectly after a mere .5 hr. Nice, pleasant and informative experience that saved us thousands, so we are immensely pleased with the quality of service from Thompson Plumbing and Heating.

I really recommend Turner Brothers. They are very responsible and reliable, they always answer your phone call quickly and are able to schedule you in. They always show up on time, do a good job and overall are really nice and respectful people.

I was about to give up on this company last week, I’ve been having water leak in my bathroom upstairs for about 5 weeks, on and off. The company will send someone to fix an issue, it’s good at first and then sometimes it will leak a few weeks after. So that means I have to go back to my house which is a 2 hour drive and see if its an old issue or new issue. Some plumbers are okay, some are horrible. Thank God they sent Tom Y the last week, he fixed my toilet once before and I have to say he’s one of the few honest, reliable plumbers the company has!I’m telling you, plumbers like Tom Y are rare, he did a great job!!! He was very kind, polite, helpful and did a thorough job. I liked how he kept me informed on what was happening. He’s very knowledgeable, polite, and I won’t have to worry anymore about a job that the company already worked on. Thank you! I had him install a water meter coupling for me and it was the incorrect size so I could not get my water meter put on. I called him back multiple times to inform him of his error but of course he went MIA. Luckily I was able to get a MASTER PLUMBER, which I highly doubt he is, to come fix it. I waited about two months to call him back and he answered. I guess he forgot my number. When he did I answer I told him of his error and how he could improve his business practices. Of course he offered to come by and fix it but literally two months after blowing me constantly off. If I would have waited for him I would have never got my water meter issue situated. Seems like this guy like the fast buck and that’s all. I would tell anyone to find another plumber because this guy just doesn’t cut it. ALSO A MASTER PLUMBER AT THAT!This is in response to your post. Prior to posting this review we spoke on the phone and you admitted that you didn’t answer me back and your excuse was “I was busy”. So please stop with the semantics. As I said before which you completely glossed over was the fact your not a MASTER PLUMBER. MASTER PLUMBERS are supposed to stay up to date with the new Philadelphia plumbing updates/codes. Regardless if a customer may or may not know what they need or asked for a MASTER PLUMBER would correct them and let them know what is correct. It’s a shame that your knowledge base is the same as the customers or slightly a little more. Like I said as to anyone reading this…HIRE A MASTER PLUMBER.
