My experience was efficient and professional from beginning to ending. I received a call back from his office in a timely manner and after I provided the necessary details for the job, I received a text confirmation within minutes that John would be there with an approximate time. I received another text when he was actually heading my way. He was very personable, polite, and professional, and my kitchen sink drain was clear within an hour of his arrival. The cost was affordable and reasonable for quality work, which is what he delivered. After payment, I received a thank you, receipt, and review request via email. SAVED ME HUNDREDS!! Had a shut off valve in my basement start to leak pretty steadily on a Sunday afternoon, called Warren to see if he could come out and fix it. After explaining my problem, he had me FaceTime him so he could see what was up. He told me how to fix the problem which basically came down to tightening down one nut on the valve, boom. Problem solved. Sent him some cash via Venmo as a thank you, wanted to come and leave him a great review. Thank you for your help, I will call you again if I ever have another plumbing issue!!

This is your company.They have helped us with hot water radiators and with a sewer line issue-- both times fixing issues that other companies couldn't figure out.Most recently, they saved us from spending 10k to dig up a sewer line in the backyard (as a different company recommended and quoted) and instead sourced the issue as a simple clog. Super grateful we called them instead of destroying our yard for no reason...

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

Very thankful that Travas and team were able to repair my gas lines in order to get he has turned back on at my home. They were able to get out to the home earlier than expected, which was good news for me, and made quick work of the required repairs. Will definitely be a repeat customer next time I need any sort of plumbing services. Thank you!

Two employees from Turners Bros. Plumbing arrived at 0900 (as scheduled) and were on-site until the job was completed at 0940. The ballpark price quoted for the job over the phone - the removal of an old garbage disposal and installation of a new garbage disposal, and the installation of a exterior hose bib - was 125$ for the visit plus labor and it was suggested at that time by the Turner Bros. representative that the total cost for the job would likely be about $200.After the actual job was completed I was told by the one employee, Mike, that the realized price for the job was $375. When I questioned this and mentioned the quoted price, noting how drastically far apart the realized price was from the quoted price, the employee simply said that he was only the messenger. When I told him I did not have any checks and would need to get more cash in order to pay I also asked at that time for an itemized bill, indicating that I would not submit payment without some sort of a bill and guarantee that my payment as cash was properly received.He told me that he could come back for the cash and that he would have his office send me a bill within the hour, taking down my email address for the invoice to be sent to. About 45 minutes later I attempted to call the main office for Turner Bros. multiple times, unable to reach anyone. I wanted to verify the price and that an invoice was being sent over.Eventually I was able to speak with the employee whom had completed the job (Mike) and he told me that he spoke with his boss and was able to get the price reduced to 250$. While I told him this would likely be 'ok' I also told him I still wanted to speak directly with his boss at which time he conferenced me in with his boss, Michael Turner. I explained the situation to Michael and he told me that typically they charge $125 as a base visit fee plus $190/hour per worker and that two workers are always sent on a job. This was information not told to us when we originally scheduled the appointment - we were only told the charge would be $125 for the visit 'plus labor’. Michael Turner noted that his other employee Brian 'must have quoted us a different price and the problem is Brian isn't around today’.I questioned why the quote given to us over the telephone wasn't memorialized and how could such drastically different quotes be given by his employees. After further conversation of a similar nature, Michael agreed to settle on the originally quoted price of $200. His employee Mike returned to the house and collected $200 cash as payment in full for the work completed after I was e-mailed an updated copy of the new invoice. The new invoice did not itemize time, labor or standard costs, and did not even include my full first name, but simply stated “Installed homeowners garbage disposal” (we had purchased ahead of time) and “Installed homeowners hose drought” (which we had also purchased ahead of time) with a total of “$200” listed to the right.A response was sent to Michael Turner via the pay2go website from which the invoice was sent indicating the invoice had been paid in full in cash. At the end of our phone conversationMichael informed me that “if we charged these prices there we would be out of business.” As a local business owner myself, I know that if I had a member of my sales staff who was unaware of our base rates and was also radically misquoting customers, I could imagine that our business might not be around for much longer, either.While the workers were amiable and quick to the job, I do not recommend Turner Bros. Plumbing.

Fantastic workmanship! This was the third and last plumber I had to call to fix multiple plumbing issues at my home. My only regret is not calling them first…so don’t make the same mistake I did, call Splash!

No rating, company very unprofessional. Scheduled an appointment on Monday for Wednesday 9am. Not only did no one show up but when I called to inquire about service appointment, the man stated he was unsure and there must have been a problem with the system. My frustration began when he had no suggestions to fixing the problem. Poor customer service for someone who took off work to accommodate a scheduled appointment.

I used Best Price for the first time and I would definitely use them again. It is hard to find someone you can trust. I would highly recommend them.

We've upgraded to new high-efficiency boiler/hot water heaters at our home in the Philly suburbs and a rental property in Philadelphia in the past couple of years. Fast and efficient work...I'm a first time customer. I had found this contact information by simply doing a google search and thought what do I have to lose. I called and spoke to the message center. I received a call back within 5 minutes. I explained my issues and was told that the drain guy would reach out. The drain guy called 5 minutes later, I reiterate my issue and was told that someone would be out within the hour. Sure enough someone was knocking on my door to deal with my plumbing.

I had him install a water meter coupling for me and it was the incorrect size so I could not get my water meter put on. I called him back multiple times to inform him of his error but of course he went MIA. Luckily I was able to get a MASTER PLUMBER, which I highly doubt he is, to come fix it. I waited about two months to call him back and he answered. I guess he forgot my number. When he did I answer I told him of his error and how he could improve his business practices. Of course he offered to come by and fix it but literally two months after blowing me constantly off. If I would have waited for him I would have never got my water meter issue situated. Seems like this guy like the fast buck and that’s all. I would tell anyone to find another plumber because this guy just doesn’t cut it. ALSO A MASTER PLUMBER AT THAT!This is in response to your post. Prior to posting this review we spoke on the phone and you admitted that you didn’t answer me back and your excuse was “I was busy”. So please stop with the semantics. As I said before which you completely glossed over was the fact your not a MASTER PLUMBER. MASTER PLUMBERS are supposed to stay up to date with the new Philadelphia plumbing updates/codes. Regardless if a customer may or may not know what they need or asked for a MASTER PLUMBER would correct them and let them know what is correct. It’s a shame that your knowledge base is the same as the customers or slightly a little more. Like I said as to anyone reading this…HIRE A MASTER PLUMBER.
