Amazing job and fair price! I double checked prices with other companies which this company was 3rd to check but should’ve been 1st! They were fast and sufficient and knowledgeable with my needs. I’m now in comfort thanks to them. Btw i had an old heater that was over 25yrs old but they managed it.

They responded to my inquiry promptly and replaced the garbage disposal same day and will be back for replacing the faucet as well. they did the work in a timely manner. I highly recommend this business for anyone that needs a new disposal and have it done professionally and correctly.

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

I had my main sewer back up and flood my basement on a Sunday. I contacted Roger and received a response within minutes. Someone showed up within an hour and cleared the clog. Very happy with my experience and would highly recommend.

I called Veterans Plumbing at night with an emergency. they texted me back in a very timely manner..before I finished reading the text I received a call to find out what was wrong.. A very courteous gentleman took down all the information,, he gave me a window time the repair person would come.. My repair person Chris Tucker sent me a text saying he was on his way within the time frame that was given to me. Chris was very professional, and courteous, he answered all my questions and explained everything in a very patient manner. Chris even cleaned up and took the old tank with him..I was given a discount because my husband is a veteran also. I would definitely recommend this company to others. Scheduled an appointment with this company for a Thursday between 10 AM -2 PM. At 9:30 (after I had already taken off work for the day) informing me that the technician had an emergency appointment that would take the whole day, and that my schedule appointment for that afternoon (I was scheduled for the morning) was going to need to be moved. I rescheduled for the following morning.The technician did arrive as scheduled on the following day. However they called ahead to say they could give me prices without looking at my pipes for the services. This seemed odd but I asked that they still come to look first. They arrived in the window and had me pour water down my drain. When it did not leak out they said that they could not diagnose the problem and suggested I talk to my plumber (I thought they were plumbers) about the problem. I asked if they could run a camera to see if there was an issue and was told this was a $450 charge.The upside is that I was not charged for the visit.

I recently had a problem with my sub pump in my basement and a bad leak in my kitchen faucets. I contacted Michael Martorano, owner of Best Price Plumbing & Heating, for help. He came out to my house very quickly and addressed both problems. I found him not only to be very knowledgeable and efficient, but was able to pinpoint the issues as soon as he saw them. He was also always available by telephone if you have any questions. My sub pump was overflowing with water in my basement and yard. He repaired it and added a piece of pipe that fixed the problem. Michael also gave a beautiful bronze style faucet system in my kitchen. No wetness or leaks anymore! His prices are also very reasonable. Good but not flexible. I asked to add a $3 extension but he told me he had to charge $67 if he did. Changed my water heater but didn't use anything from his truck other than the heater; used all old pipes and didn't even give little duct tape. However, water heater is working fine, so no complain there.

A year after I first used them, I had another plumbing emergency (unrelated to their previous work), and once again, they came through and did a great job!! Very conscientious about best approach both for quality of work and financial impact on the customer.
