I've been using East Falls Plumbing for years. As a landlord I need prompt service and Bill has never disappointed. I'm always confident he and his people will get the job done right the first time. So thankful I found him!

The tech that came out to our home this morning was a Godsend. They sent someone ASAP. I had not had water for two whole days. He was able to find the issue and have it fixed within the hour. I am more than happy with the services I received.

I called Guaranteed Plumbing on Monday morning and was told I would get a call Tuesday morning, and they did not disappoint! They called and came out as promised on time, for a free estimate, Pricing was excellent!! and they did the job on the spot.The guys Rich & Joe were VERY knowledgeable and professional, they explained every step clearly, and did an awesome job in a reasonable amount of time. they job was completed and clean up weas a breeze and I must say it was pleasure having them in my home. and would recommend to friends and family

The name says it all! They are a great value compared to other drain cleaning companies in the area. They get the job done for a fair price.

I'm feeling torn about this review. As a new homeowner I have a learning curve and navigating the ups and downs of a newly bought first house is hard enough. We had a terrible time with our basement and long story short after a rat invasion and a rehab of an already renovated basement we figured out our plumbing issue. Turner Brother's were the 2nd opinion. We decided to go with them. They were attentive, had the gear (including a scope that certain plumbers do not have), and Brian gave us the name of a guy who got us some money back on the 10,000.00 we had to spend from bad building. Well just a little money, but it was nice and something. The plumbing so far seems good. Its working and it's been since Jan/Feb2018. They had to dig in front of our house and created a big big mess. I didn't mind. Get it done and working! The cement was hastily done because it was cold and they are plumbers. That's not their job. However, we gave them a deposit to do the cement in the spring when it warmed up. Since spring, I've talked to Brian twice, and 4 or 5 other people. We've had no call backs from anyone and now NO ONE answers my phone call. I certainly don't mind getting someone else to do the cement work but I WOULD like my deposit for it back since it is a 1/4 of how much it will cost. Also I really wish someone from Turner Brothers would just call to tell me that they have too much on their plate. It makes me suspicious of the work they've done in the ground. In my opinion how you begin and end a job is what sticks with people. I'm not sure I'd use these guys again. So frustrated.

This company is outstanding. Billy and Richy arrived on time, introduced themselves and gave a reasonable estimate. The work was completed and suggestions were made for future work with no pressure or sales pitch. Billy explained the problems as he went along. They were both polite and professional. I will absolutely hire Aqua Plumbing & Heating again.

We had a leak and needed fast service. We arranged for Frusco to come and they would offer a price for the work upon inspection. Within 24 hours we were serviced and were pleasantly surprised with the price. We had just had a shower set replaced and paid way too much, we were skeptical.They were clean, fast and the work was well performed. They left us better than we had been before they showed up by updating the valves to more current. Dave was our guy, and we were absolutely thrilled with the result and the price. I will use Frusco again and encourage others to use them if you want a good job at a fair price.Great work guys!

When our AC unit failed, we called Ingram, since they had become our favorite for maintenance servicing. The service person explained all the options to us for repair/replacement. We decided to install a new unit, and he did a temporary fix so that the unit might make it through the weekend.

Drains R us went above and beyond to provide us with great service. They were able to squeeze us in last minute and performed a very thorough job. These guys are trustworthy, thorough, and honest. I would recommend for any of your plumbing needs.

Great experience I had a heater inspection for U&O on time worker was informative , drove a nice lettered van wiped his feet before entering i will recommend to family and friends

My technician, Josh Gallelli, was not only knowledgeable and professional, he was also a gentleman. He quickly put on his paper booties, so as not to mess up my wood floors, and he was wearing a mask and gloves, requirements during this time of pandemic. He quickly determined exactly what was wrong with my shower drain and showed me how to clean the the little catch cup below the lid of the drain that collects hair and debris and contributes to making the water drain more slowly. Who knew? Now I do, and am grateful to Josh for teaching me this lesson. He is a credit to your company. Give him a raise!

Precision Plumbing was great. Our garbage disposal had broken and they were responsive, timely, and affordable. Very professional and kept the space clean. We will definitely leave them again.

Bob came out to replace my toilet that would not flush. He pulled out 12 feet of tree root out of the line and replaced the flange and installed a new toilet in a few hours time.They are very professional and thorough.

After a horrible experience with another plumber, I called Fred Jonas & Son, and Ian was very responsive to the somewhat urgent matter, and resolved the issues left by the last plumber. I have 100% in their work and will surely call upon them again.

I'll stand by there work highly knowledgeable is a great person all and I will recommend him to everyone and anyone of my friends and family members which I will do and if there's a problem like I had a minor problem on Sunday he came out late at night to make sure I did not have no problems with my water that my water was running this guy is outstanding 1000% highly recommended by me

Joe and his team (April, Lorraine, Dennis, Josh et al) are terrific. Very customer service oriented, high-quality workmanship and backed by great support. We've upgraded to new high-efficiency boiler/hot water heaters at our home in the Philly suburbs and a rental property in Philadelphia in the past couple of years. Big energy savings and trouble-free performance. Highly recommended.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They are scam artists that think they can overcharge when people are in a bind.I purchased a home that had a Bradford White 50 Gallon - 40,000 BTU TTW Power Vent Energy Saver Residential Water Heater installed on 4-23-19 by McLoughlin. At the time of writing, the unit is a little over 3 years old and is still covered under Bradford White's 6 year warranty.I have a Floodstop installed that automatically shut the valve when it sensed water in the pan and contacted McLoughin yesterday to have the tank replaced. I did tell them it wasn't emergent for them to come out last night, and they could come out in the morning. I sent them photos of the unit so they had the model number & serial number for the warranty claim. They finally got back to me at noon today and said they could come out after 3PM today and replace the tank for $1,445. My mother-in-law just had the same situation with a Bradford White water heater a month ago and paid ~$800. I called my regular plumber and he said he could do it for ~$500 to $600 plus ~$100 to get the 6yr warranty back in effect for the new tank . I called McLoughin back and told them their price was too high and they offer to knock $150 off the cost. They're pricing was still SKY high, so I told them to forget about it -- I could go buy a new hot water heater and have it installed for $1,500. I also would advise against Bradford White's, they are not the same quality they used to be. They spend a lot of $$$ on advertising but their product is not the top quality they claim it to be.If you want to be ripped off when you have a heating, cooling, plumbing or hot water emergency, call McLoughin!
