I had an emergency with my oil heater and I called Brian Turner with Turner Brothers. I called his number around 9:00 AM. I explained my problem to the answering service and he was at my house at 11:30 AM. He checked the problem, explained what he needed to do and then told me the estimate and I hired him. He came back to do the service at 4:00 PM and finished in 2 hours. He was very friendly and easy going. He made sure everything was on and cleaned up.

I had a great experience getting my hot water heater replaced by Aqua. The technicians were on time, very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain things to me. They moved an end table in my living room to make sure they didn’t bump it when removing the old one. I had had a poor experience with a different plumber the day before and I’m so glad Aqua was referred to me instead. They came out quickly, replaced my heater and valves quickly and took the time to clean up their workspace. It was half the price of what I thankfully knew to be a really unfair quote from a diff company. Friendly plumbers, good service, easy to schedule/pay and I got an invoice right away. On the dot, perfect. Helpful, great to deal with, tracked down a different leak we didn't know was happening, and ended up having them fix (3) different projects while here. My Grandmother scheduled with this company to have a plumbing issue repaired They came out for an evaluation, figured out the problem, got a deposit, set an appointment to actually complete the repairs and didn’t show. After several phone calls and messages being left they finally showed up unannounced (nothing scheduled) to complete the repairs. They are very unprofessional, have a lack of communication, and clearly show up when they feel like. I’m glad the repairs are done but it was a very frustrating process.

McClain Bros. plumbing replaced 2 leaking pipes in my basement. 3 months later, one of the pipes is leaking and they won't return my calls. Do not use the McClain brothers!
