They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. I highly recommend them if anyone needs a a garbage disposal replaced or faucet sink replaced. Thank you again for all the great work done!

I always want to support Black owned businesses and I'm so pleased that I found a keeper! Keith was precise, punctual, did a quick job and was mannerable. He replaced my main shut off valve that I just found out was leaking yesterday and it was such a relief to have the job done the next day efficiently.

I found Tony via a Google search and was amazed by his reviews; they all seemed a genuine. I called left a voice mail and he called me back in less then 30 minutes. He came last week to fix a leak in my basement sink. He was on time, came in with a mask, and foot booties/ covers. We went over the repairs and tested the fix, paid by credit card.I would like to say again, his service was professional and he was gentleman. I will use again and recommend.

I called Guaranteed Plumbing on Monday morning and was told I would get a call Tuesday morning, and they did not disappoint! They called and came out as promised on time, for a free estimate, Pricing was excellent!! and they did the job on the spot.The guys Rich & Joe were VERY knowledgeable and professional, they explained every step clearly, and did an awesome job in a reasonable amount of time. they job was completed and clean up weas a breeze and I must say it was pleasure having them in my home. and would recommend to friends and family

Couldn’t understand how quick and efficient this process was. Booked an appointment online at 11:45pm for 12-2 pm the next day. Got a text confirming the appointment at 1115 and that hartzell was coming in 45 minutes. Sure enough, an hour later Hartzell shows up. He was super friendly and helpful, didn’t seem to BS me about my issue, fixed it and was on his way by 1:30. They are a well oiled machine would definitely use them again if need be

Another great job from this company,Especially to Bob who did our shower. Our shower was leaking, no water pressure, and no hot water coming out. The big issue was when we moved in there's no access through the wall. Called Joe and no time he put us on schedule. Bob did a great job cutting and putting access to the wall, and didn't leave no mess at all. Im a happy customer. Thanks again.

The employees that you talk to and that come out are very nice.Would recommend, mostly for ASAP type services.Biggest con is price; they charge higher than smaller, locally owned plumbing companies. That said, if you need service right away with a price that you can feel confident will not change from the quote then go with these guys knowing you'll pay a little more.

I had a problem with a running toilet. Bill Frusco is very responsive and professional. My technician Jimmy explained the problem and gave me options to fix the problem. He updated me on his progress and left the bathroom clean when he was finished.

Most Reasonable Reliable Plumbers, They Came Out & Unclogged My Drain Front To Back In About 10 Minutes. Also GWC , repaired the leak on my water heater . They were clean cut & showed good workmanship. Took them about 20 mins. I will call them for all my plumbing issues.

Our drains got blocked on New Year’s day. Victor from Zoom showed up quickly and worked diligently to clear the blockage. He was professional and courteous and competent.

First let me start by saying the technician Derrick was a pleasure to have him in my home. Professional, friendly, courteous. My problem is the cost. The work took 15 minutes total. I had a pin hole in a pipe. The charge was $418. I am a ED physician. I could have a person come in with a heart, attack, stroke, anaphylaxis or any other critical life event and spend much more time taking care of them and GOOD insurance would reimburse me 2/3 of the cost of a pinhole repair of a pipe by this plumber. One thing good will come out of this. I am going to this week go to my local home repair store and spend $50 for the equipment and learn how to sweat a pipe on u tube!

We had Bob out to snake our drain in our home. Upon pulling pounds of tree roots out of the drain, he had informed us that we would need to have our line to the sewer replaced as it was infiltrated with roots. They got the necessary permits from the city, And came out at the time they said they would. We would absolutely recommend them, and will be using them for our plumbing needs in the future.Thanks, Bob!

I first contacted these guys more than a month ago after a recommendation from a neighbor who had them install a pump.They initially came out in two days and told me the shower head needed to be replaced. I bought several that weekend, tried them all, and the issue did not go away. Called these guys all first thing the next week to tell them.The technician came out again a couple days later and took photos. He told me the cartridge usually takes just one or two days.Nobody called me for several days. So I called them again. The woman I spoke to said they must not have heard back from the supplier but they would contact me as soon as they did.Another week went by and still no phone call from the plumber. So I had to call them back again. This time I was told the photos the technician took were not clear. I immediately walked downstairs, took several photos, emailed them, and asked for confirmation they were okay.Another week went by. Again nobody responded. So I called and left a detailed urgent message with their answering service.The owner and namesake emailed me the next day early in the morning asking if he could come by. I replied within ten minutes despite being before 5am out West where I was traveling, explaining that would not work and asking if they revived the part. Nobody responded.So after 5 days I contacted them again. The woman I spoke to had the owner call me while I was on the line. Joseph explained this is is not how he does business and asked if he could come by today at 6:00am. I asked about a later time and he offered 6:30. Seeing he wouldn’t go much later, and given he seemed apologetic, I reluctantly agreed. We confirmed the 6:30 visit.Joseph also explained the supply house told them were two cartridges, they didn’t know which, and he would show me all the communication. He mentioned they wouldn’t charge me a service fee for the instal - only for the part. It was odd he didn’t tell me the price but I didn’t think anything of it at the time. Another odd thing was that I asked several times how long it would take to get the part and install it if we agreed though Joseph did not give me any answer.So this morning I awoke at 5:00 and was on my stoep from 6:25-7:05. Nobody came by.When I emailed to inquire and express my bewilderment, Joseph responded saying he called me this morning and left a voicemail. My phone has so not disturb on before 8am for obvious reasons so I did not see. I checked and did in fact have a voicemail - but it just asked me to call back. And it’s a moot point because we confirmed the 630 time. Backed by the word of the owner and namesake.I responded to his reply not even fifteen minutes later simply asking for the price of the part. This time Joseph did not respond.After more than a month, the office staff has now not responded at all a few times, responded extremely slowly others, and lied. Now the owner and namesake did not show up.And they haven’t even told me the price for the cartridge now that they heard back from the supply house. While I didn’t know why before, I do now. Just look at other google reviews.Don’t waste your time.

I called the company on 7/21/20 about a slow leak originating from my second floor bathroom and dripping into my foyer. The person who answered the phone was professional and helpful. The earliest she was able to schedule a plumber to come out was on 7/24. She was upfront about the $50 fee for the plumber to come out, which I agreed to. The plumber came out on 7/24 and was punctual and friendly. In order to properly assess the situation, he needed to open up my foyer ceiling to expose the pipes. He was upfront in telling me there would be a $300 charge to cut open the ceiling, which I agreed to. He was able to determine the source of the problem to be the drain line for the vanity. He temporarily stopped the drip by turning off the water to the second floor bathroom. I was told the owner would need to put together an estimate for the job and was promised that he would be in touch. I paid my $355.59 bill, no problem. After not hearing anything for a couple of days, I placed a follow up call to the office on 7/28. I was told the owner was on vacation the day before, out on jobs all that day, and that he would be in touch. Today marks 3 weeks since the plumber was out to my home and I still have not heard back about the estimate. Very disappointing to have paid $350 and be left with the same problem I started with, a hole in my ceiling, and no estimate. Perhaps they were not interested in the job but I would have preferred to be told directly rather than waste time waiting for an estimate.
