I called All Star Saturday Evening and was able to schedule an appointment for the following Monday morning ( due to my own schedule). During my intial call I was able to explain what happened to my power and ask questions surrounding what would be completed during the visit . I had the pleasure of Erwin completing the visit. He called shortly before his arrival and arrived well in the beginning of the window period. This was especially helpful because I did not have to wait around all day. Erwin came into my home full wearing PPE , greeted everyone and was able to give me an diagnosis in less than 30min! He clearly explained the problem and my options while including the price. I would definitely be calling back in the future if I run across any other issues! Erwin was professional, detailed, and friendly.

Called EP Electric to fix lighting issues in condo. They were able to visit the same day, diagnose and fix the issue very quickly. I will absolutely call them again if needed. It is not often that you find this kind of professionalism and service. If you have an electric issue, this is THE company to call.

DEFINITELY HIRE At Home Electric LLC! I (59 yr woman) met Tom-the owner of Home Electric LLC at Lowes. Unsolicited, Tom got my attention by asking me if he could help me find something. When I turned I was surprised it was not the Lowes associate. Tom started informing me of the best products and what would be best for me to use. After talking I asked Tom his name and what he does for a living. He told me he is an electrician. I NEEDED HIM! I asked Tom if he could help me with some complicated electrical issues I was having at my house. FYI: THIS WAS ALL TOTALLY PLATONIC FROM BEGINNING TO END. Anyway, Tom said yes, and knowing I was in a stressful situation Tom gave me a ridiculous bargain estimate as he was really just trying to be helpful to a complete stranger (me). Tom told me the day and time he would come to my house the following week and on that same day he arrived at the exact time he scheduled and stayed with the cost of the estimate which was SOOOO GOOD! Tom is such a kind and gentle man. Tom is really one of the few naturally good people in the world. Tom is very respectful, and caring. He was so selfless offering his advise at Lowes, willingness to help me, coming when he said he would, giving me a break on cost and not trying to take me over as SOO many of the contractor DO. Tom is reliable and DEFINITELY a wonderful person and professional. Tom cares as much about the person he is helping as he does about the work he is doing. I am so grateful to have met Tom and received the blessings of his service. Thank you Tom!PS. Tom is very strong and climbs up to the top of ladders balancing with absolutely no problem. He made me so nervous but he is really good.

Very grateful for these guys! It’s christmas eve and it’s below freezing temperatures and when all other electrician services wouldn’t come out, these guys came out to us in less than an hour and not only fixed the issue we were having but did so diligently and efficiently. The guys who came out to us tonight on were named Jay Jay and Miri and they were great. Very kind and explanatory about what the issue was specifically. Can’t recommend them enough. GE electrical is one of the best electrical company out there. Workmanship is absolutely there, Edmond is very friendly and professional about the job. GE was very responsive and did the job the way I wanted. I have GE so many times and they never disappoint me. Definitely recommend GE electrical to everyone out there.

I called Greg when we had an issue with a light fixture in our home that was emitting a nasty (and scary) odor. Greg picked immediately - on a Friday evening no less - and walked me through exactly what I needed to do to figure out what was going on. He answered all of my questions, gave me recommendations on where I could find the new parts that I needed to replace it. I cannot thank him enough, and I highly recommend him for any electrical questions or work you have.

They sent a service person within an hour of calling! Al was knowledgeable and personable and solved our problem effectively.

I usually don’t write reviews but I feel that I had to make an exception. Bob and his son are truly great at what they do. I was able to get everything done that I needed in order to be able to move into my current property. I had a new electrical service installed, electric car charger, and complete house wiring. The cost was fair and they didn’t leave a mess when done. They made me aware of what was going to be done and due to these clear expectations, I was able to get through this house rehab. We've always had good experiences with Gen3, and this time was no exception. Bill did a great job replacing old wiring to our second floor--I was thrilled that he didn't have to make any holes in our first floor walls! He and his helper, Mike, were friendly, happy to explain what they were doing, and patient with our suggestions and questions. Bill did several extras we weren't expecting, including relabeling our electrical panel with easy-to-read printed labels. Two thumbs up!

Hector did a wonderful job troubleshooting an alarm installation challenge and fixing it quickly with the best, and most cost-efficient repair. His professionalism, knowledge and service was top tier, and he left the work site tidy, which has not been a common experience with other contractors. We’ve already named him our go-to electrician in Reading, and will be recommending him to others.

Sam explained in detail step by step. He came out the day he said for my business (Rob Nolfi Roofing) and the price was extremely reasonable. I will be using him in the future. I highly recommend him!

These gentlemen came to upgrade my panel and add new lines. But they also brought a few of the city pieces up to code the meter box and the line for the sewer. They even threw in adding a line for the garage opener and a surge protector on the panel itself. They were on time, professional, neat and very nice to work with. They explained the facts and figures and I definately do not feel like I was over charged. I met with 3 electric companies for an estimate and these guys were the best value paid and did great work. I will definately call them for future jobs.
