Professional and prompt.

They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. I highly recommend them if anyone needs a a garbage disposal replaced or faucet sink replaced. Thank you again for all the great work done!

It was a great experience from start to finish. Keith was super responsive when i initially reached out. Jae worked quickly with me to schedule time for Keith to come out and take a look. The day of the estimate, he reached out promptly to confirm his arrival.Once in my home, he was courteous and professional. He talked me through the issue and quickly proceeded to fixing the issue despite him saying he didn't think he would have time.I appreciated his care and concern as well as professionalism.

Tony was very professional and made sure to explain the issues I had and where my leaks were coming from. He’s very knowledgeable of the work. He communicates very well, arrives at the time he says, and works quickly! He was done in no time! Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs these types of repairs! Great overall service!

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

The business is efficiently managed and run. From the first call to payment…easy as can be. What stands out even more was the plumber. Sam is extremely knowledgeable, good at what he does, kind and professional. He explained everything clearly and got the job done quickly! Not only would I recommend him to everyone, I am scheduling another job, and I demanded Sam!

Dan and Dan did an excellent job installing a new outdoor spigot, extending a gas line and installing a new laundry sink. They even hooked up the HVAC for the laundry after the fact free of charge. Thanks!

Joe and his team (April, Lorraine, Dennis, Josh et al) are terrific. Very customer service oriented, high-quality workmanship and backed by great support.
