Amazing job and fair price! I double checked prices with other companies which this company was 3rd to check but should’ve been 1st! They were fast and sufficient and knowledgeable with my needs. I’m now in comfort thanks to them. Btw i had an old heater that was over 25yrs old but they managed it.

They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. I highly recommend them if anyone needs a a garbage disposal replaced or faucet sink replaced. Thank you again for all the great work done!

These guys are top notch. I’ve had them come out to run new pipes for a sink, leak detection coming from the ceiling of my dining room, toilet flange repair and now faucet installation. Every time they are professional, precise and on time. Their pricing has been very reasonable considering the price of everything right now. And they are always clean and respectful of my home. City Plumbing was contracted through our insurance, and we were very happy with their services. They came out 3 days before the work was done to put up clearly marked no parking signs from the City of Philadelphia in front of our home, and even knocked on neighbors’ doors as a courtesy to notify them about the work/parking. Overall a good experience, and we can finally flush our toilet and use our water again!

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

Really quick response to my initial email, service men arrived promptly and were very courteous and professional. I would not hesitate calling them again-although, fingers crossed, I won’t have to for a while?

Nick and his partner did a fine job with the drain in our kitchen sink.  It was usually slow to empty, but sometimes stopped altogether.   What I’d imagined to be easily fixed with the proper tools turned out to be pretty complicated, with built-up grease making the blockage hard to locate and even harder to remove. With persistence and a lot of snaking they solved the problem, made sure the drain was clear, and mopped up a lot of oily black water. Thank you!
