Best Plumbing Fixture Installation in Philadelphia PA

After Goodman plumbing came out and cleaned out the tree roots from my sewer line, they found the line in the street to be cracked. They submitted a video to my township of the problem. Thanks to Mike. The township repaired the sewer line in the street. Mike and his crew were very professional and responsed to my phone calls in a timely matter. I would absolutely recommend them.

Bill is my go to plumber because him and his team responsive, clear, prompt and get the job done right the first time. He gave me a rough estimate that was better than another company that was recommended to me. He came out on a Sunday and his rates were REASONABLE!!!!! My new go to plumber!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They are scam artists that think they can overcharge when people are in a bind.I purchased a home that had a Bradford White 50 Gallon - 40,000 BTU TTW Power Vent Energy Saver Residential Water Heater installed on 4-23-19 by McLoughlin. At the time of writing, the unit is a little over 3 years old and is still covered under Bradford White's 6 year warranty.I have a Floodstop installed that automatically shut the valve when it sensed water in the pan and contacted McLoughin yesterday to have the tank replaced. I did tell them it wasn't emergent for them to come out last night, and they could come out in the morning. I sent them photos of the unit so they had the model number & serial number for the warranty claim. They finally got back to me at noon today and said they could come out after 3PM today and replace the tank for $1,445. My mother-in-law just had the same situation with a Bradford White water heater a month ago and paid ~$800. I called my regular plumber and he said he could do it for ~$500 to $600 plus ~$100 to get the 6yr warranty back in effect for the new tank . I called McLoughin back and told them their price was too high and they offer to knock $150 off the cost. They're pricing was still SKY high, so I told them to forget about it -- I could go buy a new hot water heater and have it installed for $1,500. I also would advise against Bradford White's, they are not the same quality they used to be. They spend a lot of $$$ on advertising but their product is not the top quality they claim it to be.If you want to be ripped off when you have a heating, cooling, plumbing or hot water emergency, call McLoughin!

McClain brothers was recommended by a friend of mine. I used them in two occasions and attempted to use on one more occasion.In the first occasion, they worked on a burst pipe in kitchen, and then ended up redoing the entire bathroom! They said insurance will cover and started working on demolishing, and then guess what insurance didn't cover and I ended up paying +8K for a burst pipe. The bathroom they ended up doing was very poor in quality.In the second occasion, they replaced a faucet with no issues.In the last occasion, they just didn't show up. No text, no emails, no phone calls, no response to my follow upsDone with them.
