I made a DIY error and ended up ripping a piece of copper pipe out of the wall in our bathroom. East Falls Plumbing picked up the phone, allowed me to text pics of the damage, and accurately assessed what it would cost to fix. The job was done the next day and they even installed the new faucet and shower head after fixing the pipe I broke. They even checked to make sure there wasn’t anything additional we needed before leaving. Friendly, professional, responsive, and trustworthy. Would recommend highly!

Had a wonderful experience with this plumbing company. They were responsive, we spoke on the phone, and I sent him photos of what needed to be done. He gave me a rough estimate that was better than another company that was recommended to me. He came out on a Sunday and his rates were REASONABLE!!!!! My new go to plumber!!!!

I called Guaranteed Plumbing on Monday morning and was told I would get a call Tuesday morning, and they did not disappoint! They called and came out as promised on time, for a free estimate, Pricing was excellent!! and they did the job on the spot.The guys Rich & Joe were VERY knowledgeable and professional, they explained every step clearly, and did an awesome job in a reasonable amount of time. they job was completed and clean up weas a breeze and I must say it was pleasure having them in my home. and would recommend to friends and family

We called and within an hour Anthony was at our house. He was able to identify the problem, get the part he needed and fix it all on the same day (the day before Thanksgiving, no less)!

Came home Sunday night to find our hot water heater on the fritz, left a message with them at 11:30pm that night and they were here at 8am on Monday. By 10am we were up and running with a new heater. Good stuff.

Happy holidays Buzz Duzz Plumbing. This review is long and long overdue. If you live in a very old home a cast iron boiler plumber may be hard to find. In prep for major surgery I wanted to make sure that my house was warm and comfortable during my recovery. It was not last winter. Pockets of cold areas in the radiator system along with a pump that shut off without reason from time to time left the house with such a chill. The pipes connected to a relatively new bolder had started to turn green. And one of my radiators started to leak. None of the plumbers I contacted work with cast iron. Finally i contacted a company that sells radiators and she gave me a list of only 6 companies. I choose Buzz Duzz (what a great name.) Mr Buzz came out and surveyed my entire system like an old veteran. (I was surprised at the youthful appearance of Mr Buzz). He made me aware of many things. Firstly, the boiler have been wrongly installed by the first contractor. Also he overcharged me by a few thousand dollars..that hurt. The contractor installed the pump upside down so the pressure was limited. It caused corrosion and infrequent shut offs. My pipes began to turn green. My dining room was warm, my living room was cold, my bathroom cold, bedroom half warm/cold, etc. The piping was too small and the chimney was never cleaned out so i was also experiencing a potential carbon monoxide poison issue. The piping was too small. The overflow tank was improperly ordered, replaced and hung. The shut off valve was installed wrong. Couplings we're wrong and so on and so on. It's amazing it ran at all. PGW came out twice turn on the gas with these safety issues in place some of which contradict their own safety codes. I later spoke to PGW they said it wasn't their job BUT had they made me aware I would not have used that contractor again. It was the first job I gave him after a fire, had I known it was done wrong i would not have given him other work in the home some of which was also was also poorly done.Buzz have me a good quote and told me he would be sending 3 expert plumbers that would show up early and work all day. Stan, Dan and tenacious Tom came out a few months later early and worked all day. Three extremely experienced and knowledgeable plumbers replaced all the piping to the boiler with brand new superior grade piping and increased width pipes. Installed the proper overflow tank in the proper place. Replaced/ installed the pump right side up. Squeaky cleaned the chimney stack. Replaced several bleeder valves and bled the system. Now my system runs so smooth with power and my entire house is warm even unexpectedly..my basement. My grand nieces and nephews when they visit sleep in the basement. Now no there's no carbon monoxide poison leak possibility and no winter colds. No constant shut offs, no cold rooms. My boiler/heater looks fantastic and i am recovering in utmost comfort. I was fortunate in the timing of these repairs so mangy shortages and in my choice of company. I hope these crafts continue to be handed down to youth. Stuck to his original estimate even though it took him longer than he expected; he did not charge for the extra time. highly recommended by me.

Our rep, Shane, was 1) quick to arrive and polite, 2) diagnosed our issue quickly and honestly, and 3) chose a more difficult to him, but cost effective to me option (he cut and climbed through insulation in a difficult to reach, super tiny crawl space rather than pull/tear up my floor, which would have been a lot more billing hours) to reach a separated pipe. He fixed the issue, kept the mess to a minimum, and even my dog liked him. Thank you, Shane!

After a horrible experience with another plumber, I called Fred Jonas & Son, and Ian was very responsive to the somewhat urgent matter, and resolved the issues left by the last plumber. I have 100% in their work and will surely call upon them again.

My mistake for not doing enough quotes because I definitely believe I was overpriced by jamone like the others in the comments states so beware of him! The plumber gave different quotes and nothing was written down and expected me to remember and I believe the prices he quotes changed. Sorry but I would not recommend to anybody else. Had to ask for receipts and I agree with others who said the same about this particular plumber. Just unprofessional and shady. I would not use again or recommend .

I highly recommend BEST CHOICE PLUMING. On orthodox. I called them because the hot water heater broke and my basement was flooded they came right away and they two guys Ivan and Borys replaced everything-with in a reasonable time worked very professionally and were very nice. They told me exactly what they were doing. They did an exceptional job installing the new hot water heater and making sure my floors were wet vacuumed. If you are looking for any type of job for your home BEST CHOICE PLUMING is my recommendation. Thank you Ivan and Borys you guys were great. fantastic.

I had an issue with my thermostat. It not longer was working correctly. I bought a new thermostat but was having issues hooking it up. I called Edward Hughes & Sons for assistance. They were real nice over the phone. I was able to get an appointment quick. The problem was quickly discovered. There was a wire that was no longer good that connects to the thermostat. They were able to replace the wire and connect the thermostat. They even showed me how to use it and set a weekly schedule. I also had them do a maintenance service to my unit to make sure everything was up-to-date and ok. They changed my filter and gave me some pointers. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a great experience and reasonable prices.
