The tech that came out to our home this morning was a Godsend. They sent someone ASAP. I had not had water for two whole days. He was able to find the issue and have it fixed within the hour. I am more than happy with the services I received.

I called Thompson Plumbing when I was not getting heat on the top floor of my three-story house. It is an old system that uses a boiler and hot water cast iron radiators. John came out and tweaked the pressure settings and bled the radiators resulting in fully warm and working system in an hour’s time. John did mention a radiator valve that may need to be replaced in the future. I highly recommend these guys.

These guys were so great! Super communication, really quick to respond and not a rip off. Our new house was flooding with the recent storms. We thought it was a sewer issue, but it turned out to be a construction cover up we would’ve never been able to guess. So glad we got them to look at it. Called Bill Frusco on Jan. 27th because of water service. They had their estimator at my home within a half hour. Received a great price to have job done and completed. A few day's later received a call from their office telling me the job was scheduled for Feb. 10th per weather conditions. around 9:00 am on the 10th they arrived and started to work. Water was back on and completed same day. All holes outside of home were back filled, Spoke with Mike about Black top sinking a little bit and he had someone come out the next day and put more fill. Then a couple of days later the concrete work to side walk was completed all work done within 2 weeks. Would highly recommend Bill Frusco. I was completely satisfied. Thanks again.

I honestly can't say enough about Buzz! From the very friendly, helpful receptionists (who actually answered the phone unlike other plumbers), to Chris who came out to fix my leaky toilet. Chris was very polite, friendly and efficient! I think this will definitely be our new plumbing service!

Michelle was very informative on helping me with my problem. I sent her pictures and the next morning she got someone to come check out my drain. It was less than 10 mins and my problem was solved. I’m very happy and the guys were very nice and informative. Definitely would call them agian on future problem.

Found Mcloughlin on Kohler’s website. My own plumber was reluctant to work on a Kohler shower. Mcloughlin came out right away, had the part on their truck and took about 15 mins to install it. The service person was great.My only complaint was that I didn’t fully understand that they charge per visit. It cost me $500 to have a part installed that probably cost less than $100.Glad I had it fixed quickly instead of waiting weeks for a part to come in but I should have questioned the bill further before I agreed to move ahead. They do everything on an iPad & I didn’t take the time to read it. The receipt they provided did not provide the actual cost of the part. Seems like they take advantage of unsuspecting customers a bit. I’ll shops around next time before using them again.

As soon as we called the local plumber he came promptly and was extremely helpful. They were able to fix the leak by finding and repairing a broken pipe buried deep beneath the concrete pavement. It was a pleasure working with these gentlemen. They arrive on time and provide excellent customer service.

This has been an absolutely horrible experience using Edward Hughes & Sons. I originally had a plumber from their company come out and evaluate my leaking shower and what is needed to fix it. They even ordered a part. Then trying to schedule the follow up appointment to actually come out and fix the issue was a complete nightmare. They actually stood me up 6 times and never showed up! Good luck if you use these guys.
