Best Plumbing Fixture in Philadelphia PA

Amazing job and fair price! I double checked prices with other companies which this company was 3rd to check but should’ve been 1st! They were fast and sufficient and knowledgeable with my needs. I’m now in comfort thanks to them. Btw i had an old heater that was over 25yrs old but they managed it.

East Falls Plumbing came recommended to me by my realtor. Bill and his team are responsive, prompt, and got the work done quickly and professionally. I highly recommended them and will use them again in the future.

Sewer was backed up. Called on a Sunday and Tony came out within a couple of hours for an emergency fee (Monday was a holiday). Tried to clean it but ran into issues so he came back out the next day with a camera free of charge. Referred me to an excavating plumber due to an issue at the connection and gave me an estimate on the cost that was in line with what the excavating plumber quoted.Situation sucks, but Tony was awesome through it all.

Had a wonderful experience with this plumbing company. They were responsive, we spoke on the phone, and I sent him photos of what needed to be done. He gave me a rough estimate that was better than another company that was recommended to me. He came out on a Sunday and his rates were REASONABLE!!!!! My new go to plumber!!!!

I decided to use Drains R Us because of the great reviews and because they were open on Sunday. My pipes were clogged and we couldn't use any water at all (toilets, shower, sink, etc) without flooding in the basement. I called first thing Sunday and Kit got back to me very quickly. In an hour, Tuan was at my door, another hour later and the water is flowing! Tuan was nothing but professional the entire time, taking his shoes off when he came in (without me asking) explaining the issue and ways I can prevent it from happening in the future. Finding a service that you can trust can be nerve racking but I plan on calling them for any issues in the future and recommending them to friends in the area. I don't use a plumber often so I am not familiar with their pricing, but according to my brother who is also in the city, who had the same issue and used a well known plumbing service, Drains R Us gave are a fair price. This is a very good company. They are veteran owned and from PA. They travel to Cherry Hill where I live. They use current technology to book appointments and track service tech to your house, I hate working with company’s who don’t invest in customer service technology . The plumber was very knowledgeable and friendly. She took her time and walked me through the issue and all my options. I will keep their contact handy for any other issues.

Mike from McLoughlin Plumbing was efficient and very helpful and kind dealing with our pump issue on our Koehler Tub with jets. I would have him come out again to fix our plumbing issues. He was wonderful!

Hired McClain Bros for Deck Replacement. There were some issues with initial materials order and cost that was addressed immediately to my satisfaction.
