Tony came in clutch when my house needed him most! I had a nasty hot water leak from the bathtub that got out of control and started leaking through the living room ceiling. Did a Google search for an emergency plumber and he had 200+ reviews so decided to take a chance with him. I am so glad that I did. My house is super old so the pipes are definitely not in the best condition. Tony listened to what the problem was and gave me a possible estimate over the phone. He was here in less than 2 hours to start on the repairs. He assessed the problem, got the tools from his truck and got right to work. When he found another problem, he talked to me about it before doing anything or purchasing any extra parts. The job ended up taking a lot longer than expected... like 6 hours long, again old house old pipes. He was a nice guy, super patient, non-judgmental and was determined to fix the leak that seemed to not want to be fixed. If you are having a plumbing emergency, Tony is definitely the guy to call! I no longer have water dripping through the ceiling in my living room and the weak water pressure that I have had for almost a year now has been fully restored to its former waterfall glory!!! They have a professional and courteous staff who take extreme caution when it comes to protecting their clients. The plumbers that came into my home all wore covid masks and gloves the whole time. Their service was great and so was the quality of their work.

These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. I was charged $125 to remove the stopper from my bathroom sink faucet. I now have to go out and get a rubber stopper as it was not included. They were literally in/out of my house in 5 minutes. Considering that I'm located within walking distance from their location, a repeat customer (3 other jobs) who has recommended their services, this is very disappointing.

Splash responded on a Sunday evening. I called a dozen plumbers when my water heater failed, Splash was the only one who said they would be right there. John showed up an hour with a new water heater an hour after that i had hot water my basement was clean and the job was done
