I made a DIY error and ended up ripping a piece of copper pipe out of the wall in our bathroom. East Falls Plumbing picked up the phone, allowed me to text pics of the damage, and accurately assessed what it would cost to fix. The job was done the next day and they even installed the new faucet and shower head after fixing the pipe I broke. They even checked to make sure there wasn’t anything additional we needed before leaving. Friendly, professional, responsive, and trustworthy. Would recommend highly!

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

I could not be happier with this company and my experience with them!I noticed my hot water heater leaking on Memorial Day Weekend and had trouble getting in touch with other plumbers. I was preparing myself to be without hot water for a few days but then my friend suggested Economy Drain Cleaning and Plumbing, so I gave them a call. To my surprise, they were available to replace my water heater the same day. They also came to my house on time with a high quality Rheem water heater. The stairs down to my basement are certainly a nightmare, but they remained optimistic and got the new one in and the old one out uneventfully. Professionalism and efficiency were on full display the whole time. But they went above and beyond to make sure that everything was working safely before leaving.I'm thrilled to have found this company and will happily refer them to any friend in need of a good reliable plumber in Philly!

Asked them to come work on a commercial boiler at my place of employment and had to pay an employee to wait for them to arrive between 9am and Noon. After 3 phone calls to their office they showed up around 3:30pm.I don't have a problem with them being late, but I do have a problem with them not communicating that they would be 3-4 hours late.They assessed the problem and determined that it was too late in the day to begin a repair. They said that they would call the next day to arrange a time to come back. They never called, or showed up. That was 6 weeks ago.

These guys rock! The first time these guys came out to update the gas line connection for a new stove in a house we just bought. It took him about 15 minutes to get it connected and set up. When he was finished he gave me the basic tutorial of our new houses plumbing/heating system. He didn't have to do that, dude could have just bounced when he finished the job.The second time we called was a couple years later to get a second opinion on our old crown furnace. Someone from a larger big name heating and cooling company told my wife we needed to replace our furnace because it was over 20 years old it wasn't worth repairing. When we called Stimmler they gave us a cheaper price to put the same furnace as the big name company, but better yet they gave us a second option...replace a $30 Thermocouple! They couldn't tell me exactly how long the furnace would last, and they did have to replace the thermocouple again a few years later, but that old Crown Furnace sure did keep us warm last winter!

My backyard spigot had rusted and broken off when I was replacing my hose. Chris Tucker came out the same day to help me deal with the problem and did an excellent job replacing the pipe/spigot and patching the holes made to get the pipe out from my basement to my backyard. Overall very efficient and communicative - I appreciated how he took his time to explain what needed to be done. Would use this company again.

My Grandmother scheduled with this company to have a plumbing issue repaired They came out for an evaluation, figured out the problem, got a deposit, set an appointment to actually complete the repairs and didn’t show. After several phone calls and messages being left they finally showed up unannounced (nothing scheduled) to complete the repairs. They are very unprofessional, have a lack of communication, and clearly show up when they feel like. I’m glad the repairs are done but it was a very frustrating process.

I called Mr. Boyd to unclog my main sewer line first thing Monday morning. He was out within an hour. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating and his price was fair. I would definitely use this service again.

I’ve used this company two separate times. They were always professional and knowledgeable. Also patient and informative when I asked questions. Not to mention I received estimates from other companies and they were much higher. One company didn’t even show up! The plumber from Quality showed up at the time he scheduled and didn’t waste any time getting to work. I will definitely be using them again.

I contacted Green heating for a second opinion, and they fixed my problem very easily and without any of the hassles that I put up with with the first company. I highly recommend Green heating for their no-nonsense, and extremely professional conduct and help.
