He was knowledgable and very detailed in explaining everything that I had issues with. I called bc I had a leak with my boiler and he detected other things that I was wasn’t aware of. I highly recommend this business and I look forward to using them for other repairs in the future.

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. My wife and I were in need of a plumber afrer doing some researxh best choice seemed exactly what I was looking for from the first call I've had nothing but good experiences with best choice we had a tech out today to do the work named Jim G he was great knowledgeable professional more than willing to explain or answer any questions I had work looks great he did it in a timely manor cleaned up after himself and even took a look at a future job ill be calling for nothing more I can say I'll 100% use them again and recommend them to everyone thanks to Jim G well all have a nice shower tonight !!!!!

Billy came out to give me an estimate the same day I called. He was fair and beat my other quotes. We were able to quickly get on the schedule for repair to our pipes on the curb. Trevor and Jim came to do the repair. They were very professional and really nice - easily the best contractors I have worked with and would 100% recommend to anyone looking for help with piping issues.

I’ll try to keep this long story short. In the beginning of July, 2022, I called Bill Frusco for an estimate for service. Upon receiving the estimate via email, they asked for a $400 deposit, for which I provided my debit card but told them not to use it as I had one more estimate to get. On 7/5/22, I let them know, again via email, that I had contracted with someone else and to shred my debit card information. Out of nowhere, on 7/15/22, I received a call from Molly to confirm my appointment on 7/18/22, which I clearly did not know anything about (nor was it even the date of service that I needed) and they proceeded to take $400 out of my bank account…without my authorization. Today is 7/25/22 and still don’t have my money back. BEWARE of this company!!!

Chris helped us out by installing a Aquasana house water filtration system. I highly recommend his services! He's responsive, professional, mindful, punctual and quick.

Had a spigot installed so that I could easily water my garden. Called at 5:30 PM and received a call back in 15 mins. Stated that they could be by the next morning by 8:30 and they were there on time. They were attentive to my request and completed the job quickly and made sure I was satisfied. I am extremely grateful for their service. I will reaching out for my future plumbing needs.

Wayne was very professional and knowledgeable when I contacted him regarding an issue with my boiler. He accommodated my schedule and was patient in walking me through the process of what he was doing. He replaced an old thermocouple and cleaned out the boiler. A very nice experience overall.

Repairman was very nice and arrived on the dot of- one more minute and he would be late. The repair cost way more than I expected. My heat pump is 13 yrs old so did not know what to expect. It usually just need a charge of coolant.
