John was quick to call me back and was able to fit me into the schedule for the following day! His son replaced the igniter on my gas furnace quickly and was so nice!! He gave me a lot of tips and was patient enough to explain to me what had happened because I was curious. Will definitely call them next time I have any issues!!

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

Everything that occurred today was done with the utmost professionalism and so courtesies were extended to me as a new customer. I highly recommend using this plumbing service.
