John and Jak came out right away and verified my ManaBlok system needed to be replaced. They called several suppliers to find a higher quality replacement system. Hard to do given lingering “supply chain” issues. A week later Jak came back and did flawless work. Very considerate, very neat and tidy. Really appreciate these guys and would recommend them to anyone!

Roman came out on an emergency basis to handle water flooding into my basement. He came in the evening, handled stopping the leak, and then came out the next day to do the repair. He was on time and did a terrific job. I have used Goodman a number of times over the years and am always happy.

They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. I emailed economy when I first noticed I had a pipe leaking after doing a Google search. So glad I did. My email was answered in less than 2 hours and I had an appointment for somebody to come take a look later that night. They arrived and were super nice, after showing them the where I thought the leak was they knew immediately that it was in a different spot. They had to cut into my wall to find it but found it on the 1st attempt. Gave me a thorough explanation of what happened and I had an estimate in my email later that night which was a very fair price. Once the estimate was approved they had a team there 48 hours later. Couldn't be happier with how long it took to fix, and all clean up was done by them. Highly highly recommend economy if you need plumbing work done. Very professional

I can’t begin to start explaining how bad of an experience I had with this company. They were highly rated and my realtor recommended, but this was the worst service I’ve ever had. They sent someone out five times to look at why my water wasn’t getting hot in a tenant occupied apartment. Each time they badmouthed the last technician and rediagnosed the issue with something different. They kept leaving without validating the water got hot. Ultimately they ended up having me pay for a brand new water heater and had two technicians completely refurbish it with all new parts TWICE! They wouldn’t refund me anything for my now refurbished water heater and the facts that my tenants had to vacate for the extended time it took them to fix the issue. I was extremely patient, but the customer service was terrible and they kept saying they would call me back and wouldn’t. At the end they told me that it was just the electric connected to the water heater and I never needed a new one. I could go on and on and show you the condition they left my place in and the leaks caused in the wall. This was extremely stressful and a disaster of an experience! Stay away!!!!

I just had a huge plumbing Issue with my sewer pipes from the inside my house to outside where the curb ends. I know it would be a big job but Buzz Duzz came with many crew members and got the job done in 1 day. They even mopped the hallway from there foot tracks.
