They responded to my inquiry promptly and replaced the garbage disposal same day and will be back for replacing the faucet as well. they did the work in a timely manner. I highly recommend this business for anyone that needs a new disposal and have it done professionally and correctly.

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

Called Aqua due to a leak under the kitchen sink. Plumber arrived on time, was very polite, knowledgeable and he explained everything that he was going to do and why. He showed the pieces that he replaced. He put my wife and I at ease. Cost of the repairs was the average for this area and received a senior's 10 percent discount. I asked Drains R Us to install a dishwasher and also a valve for a refrigerator. They said the cost is going to be $250 for installing a dishwasher and $150 for installing a valve. Two hours later, a plumber arrived and started working on the dishwasher. He installed dishwasher after about 90 minutes. However, there was a junction box under the former dishwasher to connect the power lines. The plumber told me that dishwasher cannot slide in completely and it would stay about 4 inches outside due to the junction box. I asked him to mount it on the wall but he refused. Ultimately, I asked him to let me pull the wires under the floor of the kitchen (in the basement) and asked him to connect the wires in the basement instead of on the kitchen (to let dishwasher slide in completely). I pulled down the wires myself and he came to the basement and connected the power lines in the junction box in the basement, instead of the kitchen. Later he charged me $75 for extra work, which is coming to the basement! He had to connect the same wires in the kitchen but when I pulled the wires to the basement and asked him to connect them in the basement but he charged me an extra $75!! Veteran LLC did this amazing job! The sun room had water damage that lead to the wonderful remodel and expansion of the kitchen. They are on top of their game. Called in an Engineer on short notice for removing the support wall and calculating the correct load beam(s) needed to enlarge the kitchen. Completely rewired the kitchen with easy also upgrading to the correct electrical code. Appliances have the correct amps and breakers for each, NO more worries of running multiple kitchen appliances at once and tripping the breakers. Now the kitchen is light years ahead of the rest of the house. Veteran LLC will be my only choice for the rest of my house and future upgrades!

On the scheduled workday they were running behind schedule, however Brandon contacted me to inform me of the delay. Alex came out to assist on a clog drain I've been dealing with. The job was not easy, but he got it done. Was also professional enough to clean up after he was done which was more than I was expecting. Would definitely recommend.

Edited to add: I called McClain again when my sewer line was clogged. They came out within a couple hours (on a Saturday) to do a temporary fix, and by Tuesday afternoon my drain is now completely replaced and working perfectly. Terrible experience. They scheduled dates with us THREE times and cancelled and didn't show up any of those times. I had heard great things, but I guess they got to big to service the little people anymore.
