Best Leaky Water in Philadelphia PA

They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. I highly recommend them if anyone needs a a garbage disposal replaced or faucet sink replaced. Thank you again for all the great work done!

The whole experience was great start to finish I called left a message, someone was back to me within a 1/2 hour. I sent pictures of the problem they had a technician out the next day, his name is Chris he was friendly, professional, and help me understand all the issues that were going on. He really went out of his way to make sure everything was done right and making me feel comfortable about all the work that he was doing. Took da Boi 'Jamol' 3 days to install a faucet and Elbow Joint under the Kitchen Sink. Then overcharged us and initially quoted us $1000.00 for the service. Dishonest, inflated prices, and shotty workmanship. When you call and ask that a Supervisor come out and inspect the job and explain the overcharge they just have Ole Boi call back. I'd have given 0 Stars if it were an option.

I had a really good experience with American DrainZ. The initial consultation for the work was very through and informative. The price quoted was a great value for the work needed. On the scheduled workday they were running behind schedule, however Brandon contacted me to inform me of the delay. Once he arrived his approach to the work was very methodical and he answered all my questions regarding what he was doing. The work done was very professional. Charlie and his helper came for a second opinion after our 1st plumber hired didn't even come inside and rushed to judgement. Charlie took his time to fully diagnose the issue, testing all 3 bathrooms and two stacks, to find the exact issue AND a satisfactory resolution. Very satisfied. Will absolutely hire again.

This company is not interested in providing a service they are interested in charging you for everything. Called other places who do not charge fees to come out. Called other plumbers who gave a rate on toilet installation.Called for someone to give me a quote on a toilet install. Everything Jessica said on the phone was “it depends” there is a fee for someone to come out and look. And if they use their skills or brain there is a fee. The fees are not reasonable it’s $100 if the leaks are not visible and when they use a camera it’s $295 dollars. Outrageous.The company should be paying for that if they want customers and want to build a relationship. I then asked for an estimate since my leak is viable in the basement and it may not even be plumbing related. Jessica said she can have an estimator out next week but when she took my information down again she pressed that if any investigation has to be done by the plumber there is a $100+ dollar fee! She then called her supervisor Joey who refused service to me. Because I wanted a simple quote / estimate on a toilet replacement. Joe also now says Lansdale is too far.
