I received a call back from his office in a timely manner and after I provided the necessary details for the job, I received a text confirmation within minutes that John would be there with an approximate time. I received another text when he was actually heading my way. He was very personable, polite, and professional, and my kitchen sink drain was clear within an hour of his arrival. The cost was affordable and reasonable for quality work, which is what he delivered. After payment, I received a thank you, receipt, and review request via email. My mistake for not doing enough quotes because I definitely believe I was overpriced by jamone like the others in the comments states so beware of him! The plumber gave different quotes and nothing was written down and expected me to remember and I believe the prices he quotes changed. Sorry but I would not recommend to anybody else. Had to ask for receipts and I agree with others who said the same about this particular plumber. Just unprofessional and shady. I would not use again or recommend .

American Drainz was very efficient and offered a reasonable rate, they explained what exactly was the concern, provided cost of materials and reasonable labor. Once the job was complete the clean up was also done which is important with commercial and residential jobs. Officially my 1st call for any & all plumbing concerns.

McClain Bros. was performing work on my neighbor's home. During this process, they drove their truck onto the sidewalk and destroyed our brick and mortar flower bed/planter in front of our home. Three of our neighbors independently witnessed this, took photos, license plate, etc. McClain denies they did it and refuses to repair the damage or take responsibility. Further, their employees were extremely rude during my follow up interactions (with one exception). I would not recommend working with such an unscrupulous outfit, wish I could give Zero Stars.

Have been using Wexler for years! Honest and fair pricing! They always do an amazing job! Their plumbers are always on time, friendly, and very knowledgeable! I wouldn't use anyone else!
