My shower tub kept getting Clogged up and didn't know anything about plumbing so a buddy of mine mentioned philly plumbing pros luckily for me they were local and came right on time they're were professionals and took care of business in a timely manner.

After completing the job, the worker grabbed my credit card and held it behind his back, refusing to give it back until I gave him a 5-star review in front of him. Then Roto Rooter deleted my review and sent me some useless form letter pretending they were looking into the incident.

These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. They arrive quickly and do solid work. The employees that you talk to and that come out are very nice.Would recommend, mostly for ASAP type services.Biggest con is price; they charge higher than smaller, locally owned plumbing companies. That said, if you need service right away with a price that you can feel confident will not change from the quote then go with these guys knowing you'll pay a little more.

Generally, I rate McLoughlin well. Today, not so. The last 2 small plumbing jobs that they've done at my home were way too expensive. I'd almost classify it as price gouging.They installed my HVAC system about 18 months ago. I've been on annual contract for both HVAC and plumbing since then. This is supposed to be at discounted rates (15% off).Yesterday, I generated a $375.00 invoice for a simple repair of a leaking shower. That amount would have been about $440.00 without the 'discount'. It was a drop in part. Total service time was about 90 minutes to include the time the Tech spent going to and from the supply house to get the replacement part. I later found out that the part lists at $53.00. So, working off the non discounted price (since I already paid for the discount). I got hit for close to $400.00 for 90 minutes work on a non emergency call. What's that work out to ... about $275.00 an hour? If you can easily afford that labor rate, hats off to you. You're a lot more successful than me.I asked the Tech what the part cost at the time of service. He didn't know, which I find ridiculous since he had just ran to the supply house and bought the thing. I called the main office and asked them to itemize their invoice so I could see how much I paid for parts, labor, etc ... they refused (one can guess why). I asked them to have a manager contact me ... we're about 24 hours post service. My phone has not rung (likely because someone doesn't want to make that call).Most contractors on the main line are a little bit of a rip off ... that's rules of the game and most people expect that. When one has to consider using loan sharking and / or bookmaking terminology to describe a contractor's pricing, they've gone too far.Nice people, good craftsmanship ... but feeling abused on cost. Look elsewhere.

My Grandmother scheduled with this company to have a plumbing issue repaired They came out for an evaluation, figured out the problem, got a deposit, set an appointment to actually complete the repairs and didn’t show. After several phone calls and messages being left they finally showed up unannounced (nothing scheduled) to complete the repairs. They are very unprofessional, have a lack of communication, and clearly show up when they feel like. I’m glad the repairs are done but it was a very frustrating process.

Joe is an excellent master plumber. He knows his stuff in and out. I highly recommend him to anyone who has any hvac or plumbing needs. Joe is prompt in his replies and we'll versed when it comes to accommodating maintenance scheduling. I've used Joe numerous times for a variety of installations and maintenance.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Bobby plumbing and heating, I paid a deposit of $1800 for some work to be done, but unfortunately, the person stopped answering my calls and never did the work. I have tried to contact them several times, but to no avail. This is an extremely unprofessional and unethical behavior. I would advise everyone to stay away from Bobby plumbing and heating, and find a more reliable service provider who values their customers and their money.I hope this helps.
