Very professional, honest and efficient. They figured out the problem in one visit and fixed in the next, one week later. We had 3 companies give us different opinions and they were the only one that were straight to the point and had an effective solution to the water pressure problem.We are very pleased with the quality of the service. Excellent service from Gymone at Murphy Plumbing! Main water line leaking into my basement. Had to turn water off to the house, was still leaking! Gymone answered my after-hours emergency call immediately within 15 minutes. He fixed the problem and was kind enough not to charge an after-hour service call fee! His professionalism and plumbing expertise really saved the day! Would definitely recommend him and use his plumbing services in the future.

Anthony and Joe were both respectful and on time for an emergency call in. Not only did they help to solve the issue but they also cleaned up, leaving little to no mess behind. Would highly recommend.

These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. Veteran Plumbing came out to help us with a couple of issues - a leaking shower head and a malfunctioning sump pump. They were knowledgeable, professional, and were able to fix the issue quickly once identified. Would definitely recommend!

My water heater sprung a leak last night. Their on-call guy helped me figure out how to turn off the water & gas to the heater. Then they came out today to install a new unit. They were courteous, professional and affordable. I'd never used them before but would not hesitate to use them again!

I don’t know what I’d do without these guys. I work a lot with Jim, Javi, and Jay. Always so patient and helpful with all my DIY questions. They’ve saved me a lot of time and money over the last couple of years. Even helped me with a return from the Ferguson showroom out in Conshehocken. Always friendly, funny, professional, it literally brightens my day stopping in there, and they always have what I’m looking for!

Recently added a review of one star, spoke with owner and everything was corrected. It was basic miscommunication and once I spoke with owner everything was completed professional and in a timely neat fashion with amazing communication.

Typical uneducated white people with minimal technical skills who weren’t taught manners and common courtesy. Idiots.

Update 11/1/2022:I had a small claims court settlement with Bobby, and he agreed to return a portion of my deposit. He also apologized profusely at the time about not finishing the work. Since then the deadline has gone past and he never sent the check as he promised and stopped answering. I would say I'm surprised but I experience that once already. Yet one more example of how untrustworthy and unreliable he is.Original:I hired Bobby to do a full water service (replacing the lead water supply line from the street) because he seemed to be a down to earth hard working honest guy in person. Boy was I wrong. After we signed the contract and I gaved him the deposit, he took couple months to get the permits and start working. May be that was due to the city, but on the day he finally came to do the job, he stopped working in the middle claiming the weather was too hot to finish. He just covered the street hole with a steel plate and left. It has now been 3 weeks later and he still hasn't came by to finish. During this time, he would promise to finish the job on a certain day even confirming it the day before, then just don't show up and ignore all calls. Unbelieveable! He wasn't even willing to just get on a call and give a straight answer. I couldn't believe how unreliable and untrustworthy he turn out to be. Stay away!!!
