I opted for 24/7 emergency service because my kitchen sink drain was clogged and the water in the pipe just wouldn't budge. I was fortunate that John Snyder himself came through and saved the day. My experience was efficient and professional from beginning to ending. I received a call back from his office in a timely manner and after I provided the necessary details for the job, I received a text confirmation within minutes that John would be there with an approximate time. I received another text when he was actually heading my way. He was very personable, polite, and professional, and my kitchen sink drain was clear within an hour of his arrival. The cost was affordable and reasonable for quality work, which is what he delivered. After payment, I received a thank you, receipt, and review request via email. I can't say enough about how responsive Warren was. I called him at 930 pm on a Saturday night in a pretty desperate state, he explained to me what he thought the problem was and was out on Sunday morning to fix it. Warren and the person with him (who I think was JP) went above and beyond to take care of the problem, explaining everything to me at every step of the way. Highly recommend and would definitely use again.

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

Unclog toilet

Medo and Ryan roughed in all new copper water lines, 14 fixtures on two stories. They did excellent work and were very respectful. I would highly recommend Roger Ross Plumbing, and would recommend that you ask for Medo and Ryan by name.

These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. These guys were so great! Super communication, really quick to respond and not a rip off. Our new house was flooding with the recent storms. We thought it was a sewer issue, but it turned out to be a construction cover up we would’ve never been able to guess. So glad we got them to look at it. We have had to use them several times recently. We own an older home and several plumbing issues have come up that we needed to address right away. Each time they were quick with a diagnosis and gave a fair estimate. They arrived promptly to do the job and were efficient and tidy. I highly recommend them!

Had a bad leak in basement and wasn’t sure where it was coming from. Splash came out right away for leak detection. Leak was caused from a bad curb trap. Curb trap or sewer line was repaired. They cleaned everything up for me and the place looked better than it ever did. Additionally, they used a solution to kill germs and smell from the leak. Truly appreciate the great job they did for us.

if you need a plumber , call eddie the master plumber! i called 4 plumbers including 5 star yelp guys . most didn't even call me back. i called the plumbing boys and they picked up after 3 rings. they assesed the problem and sent master plumber eddie THE NEXT DAY! he came and did the work in record time. he explained everything and i'm good to go! i don't know why they don't have any reviews yet but fortunately i found them and now i'm telling the world. don't waste your time and/or money with anyone else! also i had another issue with my gas lines and he came out the same day. on the weekend! 5 stars!!
