The worst communication I have ever had with a commercial plumbing company. I sent someone out to one of my sites, technician never checked in with anyone who actually worked there. When i tried to get them to go back, i was told sorry there is nothing else we can do Wish there was a 0 star rating i could give. Will NEVER use this company again

They called and came out as promised on time, for a free estimate, Pricing was excellent!! and they did the job on the spot.The guys Rich & Joe were VERY knowledgeable and professional, they explained every step clearly, and did an awesome job in a reasonable amount of time. they job was completed and clean up weas a breeze and I must say it was pleasure having them in my home. and would recommend to friends and family

I have used these guys a few time for a residential property I Owen and my business. They are great at responding and setting appointments. However there where multiple times that the appointments never happened or timing was pushed multiple times. This last issue had me crazy. Easy job of replacing a garbage disposal. One hour job . Guy was 3 hours late complaind about whomever did the initial install. Same day we attempted to run dishwasher. Error on dishwasher that it would not drain. I knew exactly what issue was called at told them he didnt remove drain plug to dishwasher drain.She said we will have a tech there tomorrow. Again late by 3 hours arrives at 430 no tools in hand and said dishwasher issue need a LG guy tocome. I again call and explain issue in detail that I suspect drain plug not removed. New tech scheduled for next day. He shows up 10 min later fixes it by removing plug to drain on hose.REALLY ? I should have installed the thing myself for the 585.00

I called to get a gas line installed for a personal heater… they came out gave me an estimate I called maybe a week later set up time for the plumber to come out…. He came out did not have any parts I had too tell them once again what I wanted done… then he told me he needed to go to the shop and pick up some parts… and that was the last time I saw or heard from anyone this was a Saturday… I get a call Monday afternoon saying our guy is on his way… of course I denied the service.

Tech was excelled at correctly identifying all issues and coming up with solutions to remedy . Great follow up with scheduling staff . Highly recommend.

I was having trouble with my backyard drain. Every time it rained I had a giant puddle in my backyard and a leak in my basement. So I gave these guys a call. I got an immediate response and scheduled them to come look at it. When they arrived they weee very professional and knowledgeable. It really sounded like they knew what they were doing. They pinpointed the problem almost immediately. They gave me a really great quote and even worked out a manageable payment plan to get it done. Long story short they dug up the yard, replaced the pipe and replaced the cement all in a day. They left it looking clean and brand new like they were never there. At first I was skeptical because it was done so fast but I haven’t had a puddle or a leak since. They’re my go to for any problems from here on out.

I recently had a problem with my sub pump in my basement and a bad leak in my kitchen faucets. I contacted Michael Martorano, owner of Best Price Plumbing & Heating, for help. He came out to my house very quickly and addressed both problems. I found him not only to be very knowledgeable and efficient, but was able to pinpoint the issues as soon as he saw them. He was also always available by telephone if you have any questions. My sub pump was overflowing with water in my basement and yard. He repaired it and added a piece of pipe that fixed the problem. Michael also gave a beautiful bronze style faucet system in my kitchen. No wetness or leaks anymore! His prices are also very reasonable. This is by far THEE WORST COMPANY ever! I would never ever ever recommend these people! They walked into my house for all of literally 1 minute! Check the basement walked past my contractor and didn’t say 2 words to him. Walked straight out the front door. Slammed the door behind them and When asked if everything was ok, these men just ignored the question and kept walking down the street. When I check my cameras I was beside myself. If this is how you conduct business. You definitely won’t be in business for much longer. I will be contacting the better business bureau as well. I wouldn’t have even given a one star if I didn’t have to to make this post.
