I have used Boss Plumbing a handful of times over the last 3 years. Warren and his team replaced out main sewer line, added an access port, installed a faucet/vanity, fixed a bathroom pipe, and a bunch of other work I can't remember. Just today 12/22 with my entire extended family over for Christmas weekend I had a pipe leak requiring shutting off the water to the house. Warren squeezed me in and quite literally saved Christmas. Boss plumbing is professional, prompt, trust-worthy, and deserves your business if you want honest work.

Tony is amazing. Professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and determined. After realizing my tub wouldn’t drain and having other contractors spend an entire day on it without being able to fix it, Tony came and figured out the problem and fixed it in less than two hours. Bonus: he didn’t track dirt through my apartment. He was courteous and got right to the issue. He’ll easily be my go-to from here on out.

Chris was very patient, professional and thorough with his investigation into my steam boiler issue.I really appreciated his sincerity in my matter, and how much he extended a helping hand. Chris never gave the impression that he didn't want to do the work and he is extremely knowledgeable. Had a major leak in my basement and they were able to come out the next day. The replaced my pipes for a great price and when they found another issue they were able to fix it also at a great price. I feel like other companies would have taken an advantage to jack up the price but they didn't. I will definitely hire MTD Drains again!

The tech(don) arrived right on time and was Knowledgeable on steam systems. He was proficient with his wrk and took the time to explain what he was going to do and how he would do it. He also answered the several questions that I had and also provided tips on self maintenance. The sight flaw valve assembly was a little pricey but it needed to be done. Overall I was more than satisfied. Thanks

I am incredibly satisfied with this company. When a leak started in our basement and we didn't know where it was coming from, we reached out. The initial contact (with what I'm assuming was an answering service) was a bit disconcerting but someone else reached out only a few hours later to set up a service appointment. The next morning, someone came out, immediately identified the problem, and sent out the next guy to fix it within a matter of hours. They forgot to replace the cap to the drain out on the sidewalk and someone came by the next day, even after they had already been paid, to remedy it. 10/10 would recommend- responsive, efficient, and show up when they say they will.
