They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. I highly recommend them if anyone needs a a garbage disposal replaced or faucet sink replaced. Thank you again for all the great work done!

East Falls Plumbing has does annual service & repairs on our gas heater for years now. They're extremely knowledgeable, reliable, and professional to work with for our system. They are extremely familiar with a multitude of different heating systems and set-ups that allowed them to troubleshoot issues with our expansion tank needing draining. They also properly installed a new PSI gauge and emergency shut-off valve for our heater when our old ones were defective. Bill and his employees came on-time and were great to work with and will we continue to use their services in the future!

Alex and Ed are honest and professional. Other plumbers wanted to charge thousands to replace my pipes. Alex and Ed fixed everything by simply snaking my pipe. Five stars!

These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. Imagine the city turning off your water for 12 days during COVID due to a cracked expansion loop that lies under the sidewalk! I contracted Best Choice through the city and Ron and Alex came out and saved the day! Two of the nicest guys ever and did a beautiful job; they went above and beyond to make a stressed-out-me feel like everything would be okay. And it was! Their workmanship was clean and precise and respectful of everything around them -- and they even left me with a swept sidewalk. All the other residents on my block who had this done have a lesser story. Thanks Ron and Alex!

On 12-16-22 I had a new garbage disposal installed (Badger 5 1/2 HP Sinkerator) in which this particular unit cost $144. This company charged my credit card $1000 for ghost fees that I wasn’t aware of but was informed the following day by the receptionist when I called to asked why I wasn’t given a receipt. I understand that I have to pay labor charges but $856 for a 20 minute installation is insane, it’s beyond ridiculous. After the worker left a hissing sound was heard coming from under the sink. I looked and water was spraying from a flex hose. The worker had damaged a flex hose under my sink causing it to spray water which was not leaking or spraying water prior to his arrival and I was charged for HIS incompetence? In all fairness an adjustment need to be made to my bill. I’m willing to pay a total of $280 to avoid this matter being filed by me at the Private Criminal Complaint Unit. I did file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I’m disputing the charges with my credit card company.

Great! We called Derrick at about 8 or 9 pm due to a broken water heater and he came out first thing the following morning. By about noon he had the new one installed and we were able to start checking the water pressure throughout the house! We really appreciate his work.

I had a leak in my basement and started my hunt for a reliable contractor to get to it. During my hunt I ran into MT plumbing and construction and I am so thankful that I did not only were they convenient with appointment times and dates but also very transparent and professional as well. It can be very difficult finding decent contractors but my experience with MT Plumbing and Construction was great all around the board I will be using them for other projects in the very near future!
