They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. I highly recommend them if anyone needs a a garbage disposal replaced or faucet sink replaced. Thank you again for all the great work done!

He was knowledgable and very detailed in explaining everything that I had issues with. I called bc I had a leak with my boiler and he detected other things that I was wasn’t aware of. I had a leaking pipe in my basement caused by street construction being done outside my home. I was referred to Bill by a contractor who I trust. Bill was immediately available to discuss my issue and offer solutions. He was honest about timing and pricing (FAIR pricing!!). He was punctual, professional, and thorough. His guys were professional and courteous as well. I’m very satisfied with the job they did! Pipe was fixed a few days after contacting him. Sidewalk was a repaired very professionally! A few weeks later I had a problem with my heater, and as Bill was booked, he was able to refer me to another company who could help immediately. He’s a kind and fair expert! Definitely recommend!

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

I emailed economy when I first noticed I had a pipe leaking after doing a Google search. So glad I did. My email was answered in less than 2 hours and I had an appointment for somebody to come take a look later that night. They arrived and were super nice, after showing them the where I thought the leak was they knew immediately that it was in a different spot. They had to cut into my wall to find it but found it on the 1st attempt. Gave me a thorough explanation of what happened and I had an estimate in my email later that night which was a very fair price. Once the estimate was approved they had a team there 48 hours later. Couldn't be happier with how long it took to fix, and all clean up was done by them. Highly highly recommend economy if you need plumbing work done. Very professional

I was crossing the street at a crosswalk (Susquehanna & Cedar, right outside Loco Pez) and a guy driving an Aqua van yelled at me and my pregnant wife for taking too long to cross the street and looking at his van when it looked like he wasn't going to stop at all. Lots of name calling once he realized I was taking pictures of his van. Another driver told me he'd cut them off too.Says it was his number on the side of the truck, so I guess he's the owner. Don't know how he is as a plumber but I wouldn't let this guy anywhere near my house.

The office people were incredible and always pleasant when discussing what needed to be done. Jimmy W. arrived on time and was very professional and helpful in understanding what needed to be done. he was efficient and continually updated us as things progressed. I would recommend Bill Frusco and his team especially Jimmy W. for any plumbing work you are looking to have done.

I Called spalsh Drain & Sewer because my outside water spicket wouldn't stop leaking john told me to send him pics of the problem he came out same day & installed a new outdoor spicket & insulated the pipes also looking forward to have him do more work soon highly recommend this company.

Derrick and his assistant were total professionals. Presented several options and prices without a high pressure sales pitch. Would highly recommend.

After Saturday and Super Bowl Sunday with no heat or hot water, I visited the website of McLoughlin PHC. I read the reviews and liked that they were in close proximity. I left a message Monday morning at 6am and the office called about 8am. The receptionistconfirmed my information and told me that a tech would be out between 11 and 2 pm; and Jesse, the tech, arrived around 12:30. I was very happy to see him since it was 55 degrees in the house. He diagnosed the problem and about 3 hours later, the problems were fixed. He explained what needed to be done and made recommendations to extend the life of my boiler. I am a first time customer and I will be following up soon with the service recommendations.......thanks to Jesse.

I contacted Reliable for a service call which was scheduled for a Wed. at 10-Noon window Did not hear from anyone. Had to call back 3 times... assured that someone would contact me and never did. By the end of the day at 4 pm I got thru to a service manager who still would not commit so I cancelled the order. Terrible office support and professionalism.

Alex was very friendly , professional and caring. I had called out another company guarantee plumbing who I had a bad experience with and they could not get the job done !
