I had my hot water heater replaced a week ago. The two workers were respectful of my property and answered all of my questions.

I had an unexpected flooding issue in one of my bathrooms. There was sewage backing up the basement bathroom stall shower, laundry, and furnace room. So, I was unable to use any faucets, shower, or use the bathroom. Tony was able to make a last minute late night visit to resolve it. Thankfully the pipes didn’t need repair and only required a clearing of the sewer line.

I called Guaranteed Plumbing on Monday morning and was told I would get a call Tuesday morning, and they did not disappoint! They called and came out as promised on time, for a free estimate, Pricing was excellent!! and they did the job on the spot.The guys Rich & Joe were VERY knowledgeable and professional, they explained every step clearly, and did an awesome job in a reasonable amount of time. they job was completed and clean up weas a breeze and I must say it was pleasure having them in my home. and would recommend to friends and family

These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. This company was contracted by the city of Philadelphia PHDC to do work in my home on May 7 2017. They never called me, I always called them. On June 27, 2017 AFTER MANY CALLS of inquiring when I would be scheduled for work, Best Choice Plumming told me to contact PHDC. I immediately contacted PHDC to discover THIS COMPANY TURNED IN FRAUDULENT CLAIMS AND PAPERWORK. BEWARE .......BEWARE...... BEWARE

Called Bill Frusco on Jan. 27th because of water service. They had their estimator at my home within a half hour. Received a great price to have job done and completed. A few day's later received a call from their office telling me the job was scheduled for Feb. 10th per weather conditions. around 9:00 am on the 10th they arrived and started to work. Water was back on and completed same day. All holes outside of home were back filled, Spoke with Mike about Black top sinking a little bit and he had someone come out the next day and put more fill. Then a couple of days later the concrete work to side walk was completed all work done within 2 weeks. Would highly recommend Bill Frusco. I was completely satisfied. Thanks again.

**As a military family, we support veteran owned businesses as much as possible.**Let's start with, I received a call the day before to discuss issues I was having with 2 cast iron radiators. The morning of the appointment, I received a text message that Chris Tucker was on his way and a link allowed track his arrival. He was masked and wore protective booties over his boots.He immediately diagnosed the issue as substandard air valves and replaced both. While we waited for the steam system to heat up, he explained everything about the radiators, including the lifespan, how the new air valves work and that the radiator can be taken apart!He also took time to explain the entire system and why the living room had a two pipe radiator. So, not only did he correct substandard work, Chris provided education.Definitely a preferred contractor now!

Michael was at my house less than 15 minutes after I called him. He quickly identified and understood the issue. Jason and Braheem picked up the necessary parts to get the job done and everything was complete in less than 30 minutes. Price was very reasonable. My experience was nothing short of excellent. I reached out at 6 something at night and someone was at my door in under a hour. Our heat wasn’t turning on and the gentlemen let me know what needed to be fixed and how it was going to get fixed. He did a amazing job.

Excellent service. They showed up within an hour after my call. The gentleman was very kind, professional, explained exactly what needed to be done until I fully understood. He treated my home with care, like he enjoys his work. I watched how he made precise neat openings so replacing the opening would be easy. I will be calling them for all future plumbing repairs.

As a property manager, I highly recommend Best Choice. Jose and his crew arrived on time, knew what they were doing, had all the permits and communicated with the PWD inspector. They left the site neat, clean & safe. Dana in the office is a super co-ordinator.

Great service done in a reasonable time. He was able to do my service at a reasonable price. He even cleaned up my sink after he was done, previous workers haven’t done such of a nice service. Will be using this service again.

I had an issue with my water heater. I discovered water in my basement and it was coming from the water heater. I called around but many plumbers were booked because of the holidays or closed because of COVID. Edward Hughes & Sons was able send someone over to my home right away. Not only that, but they were able to give a quote on the spot and change the water heater right then. They had the water heater replacement I needed and did not leave until the job was done. They took out the old water heater and even installed some shut-off valves I was missing. They were quick, clean, and professional the entire time. I was very happy and was able to have a hot shower that day. I would only call them again and have told everyone I know that this is a good company. Thanks!!!

I'm really pleased with my experience using Joseph's Affordable Plumbing & Heating, and I recommend giving them a call if you need help. I was able to get next-day, weekend service for a reasonable price.For starters, I had a plumbing issue on Saturday morning, and Joseph was able to get a plumber, Bob Clarke, out to me on Sunday afternoon. I had called two other well-reviewed, local plumbers and they could not get someone out to me until Monday or Tuesday (totally reasonable). But next-day service on a Sunday? That is unexpected ...and it meant that I didn't have to take time off work.Bob did an outstanding job, friendly, and was respectful of my home.I needed my garbage disposal put back in place, or replaced if possible. I needed a new trap installed underneath it. And I also needed new shutoff valves, as the old ones would not turn. And finally, I wanted to be sure that nothing was leaking.I have an older, two-basin sink where the disposal is connected to a small basin located in the rear corner of the sink. I also happened to have a new garbage disposal on-hand, a 3/4 HP model with noise insulation around it. Replacing the stinky old disposal with the new one was challenging, as the space to maneuver was tight, and there was no way to see the connection (the old sink probably wasn't designed with one of these big, chunky noise-insulated disposals in mind). The bottom of the cabinet is in really sad shape, too, from past leaks and neglect, so the conditions were far from perfect. Bob got the job done, though, with humor and goodwill. He took care of the valves and new trap in no time, and shined up the older copper pipes too. And he checked to be sure that there were no leaks.I hope that I don't need a plumber again anytime in my life, but if I do, I will call Joseph and ask for Bob Clarke.
