My experience was efficient and professional from beginning to ending. I received a call back from his office in a timely manner and after I provided the necessary details for the job, I received a text confirmation within minutes that John would be there with an approximate time. I received another text when he was actually heading my way. He was very personable, polite, and professional, and my kitchen sink drain was clear within an hour of his arrival. The cost was affordable and reasonable for quality work, which is what he delivered. After payment, I received a thank you, receipt, and review request via email. I received a referral to use this company through the city program to fix the the waterline in your home. I pay a monthly fee to secure this plumbing services when needed.They were late and unprofessional. I had to ask the service technician what's the next step before he left my home and he advised he had to put a ticket in.I called the next day to check the status of the ticket and the representative that answered the phone advised; the ticket was never put in because I refused to let City Plumbing run a scope through my pipes. Lies! Who would refuse services if that's what's needed to solve your water problem.The technicians never came in my home with any equipment nor did they ask to bring in any. So I called the servicing provider to explain the lack of service from City Plumbing.They sent another company Transcend Plumbing. The technician came out found the problem and I'm waiting for an approval to get my plumbing repaired. The visit took every bit of 5 minutes to find the issue and it was no need to run a camera/scope through my pipes.Just wanted to share my experience.

Tony was prompt, responsive, honest, and fair on his price. He initially came by to give me an estimate totaling $1500 worth of work. Rather than being quick to sell me on the repairs, he instead advised me to try a simple, do-it-yourself fix that would have only cost me around $20. Unfortunately that didn't work, so I ended up calling him back. He then came by and fixed my issue for $900 after staying true to his word that he could beat someone else's estimate by 25%. In a time where it's tough to find good, honest people to trust working on your home, Tony stands out as someone you can depend on. Great experience altogether, highly recommended.

I’m leaving the review for my mother Reed, but I also live here so technically I got the service too.Joe was our plumber tonight! Joe was efficient, very sweet, and super respectful! I have a sleeping toddler in the house and he barely let his voice go above a whisper. Even outside he was keeping his voice low. That alone deserves 5 stars. He even apologized for making noise if it got to loud. Overall, he was amazing and as my mom put it, “the highlight of her week” as silly as it sounds. We will most certainly not only use this company again, but definitely will be requesting Joe every chance we can!

Roto Rooter wanted to charge us 9 grand and tear out half the pipes in the house. Roger Ross' guys took a look, tested the leak, and determined right away the (minor) replacements necessary. Couldn't be happier with their service.

I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. Best Plumbers in Philly. They are responsive, professional and honest people. Highly recommend no matter how big or small the job is.

They arrive quickly and do solid work. The employees that you talk to and that come out are very nice.Would recommend, mostly for ASAP type services.Biggest con is price; they charge higher than smaller, locally owned plumbing companies. That said, if you need service right away with a price that you can feel confident will not change from the quote then go with these guys knowing you'll pay a little more.

2023 I am updating this post as I have continued to use this company for warranty repairs and maintainencesince the original installation. The service technicians sent have since been competent and polite.This company has good service getting the contract ...until you spend thousands. ..then good luck. They don't honor their service contract promises. They also schedule maintanance appointments after you pay for the comfort club and just don't show up. I scheduled an appointment for today when I paid my contract. I am a nurse and have a difficult schedule in days off. I expected them this afternoon and worked my day off around this appointment. After calling them to see when they would be here I was told not till Friday which is a day i have to take my sister to her oncologist. Because I have few days off I always confirm dates verbally several times when making apointments. This company changed my appointment to their convenience on a day that I was not even available. I now have to set another day aside to reschedule.Uortunately today is not the only mishap that has occurred in my relationship with them. I truly regret spending the money I did on their installation of very expensive carrier equipment and having purchased an extended warranty which now essentially marries me to their inept capacity to treat customers respectfully. UNFORTUNATELY IF YOU PURCHASE GREENSPEED EQUIPMENT YOU END UP LOCKED INTO SPECIFIC COMPANIES TO DO SERVICE. BE SURE TO THINK TWICE. MAYBE I SHOULD BE CONTACTING CARRIER AT THIS POINT.
