Warren has saved my house from water damage more than once and on very short notice. I’ve spoken to professional plumbers and told them the cost of his services and they have been blown away by how fair his pricing is. As long as I’m a home owner, I need Warren in my life. He’s trustworthy, reliable, kind and generous with his time and skill set. He even helped me make a decision on a home based on his plumbing expertise when I went through inspection. As of yesterday he saved my basement from flooding and my home from not having water for the holiday weekend. If you’re on the fence, I suggest just calling him.

East Falls Plumbing and Heating is excellent. Stop looking. Call them. This is your company.They have helped us with hot water radiators and with a sewer line issue-- both times fixing issues that other companies couldn't figure out.Most recently, they saved us from spending 10k to dig up a sewer line in the backyard (as a different company recommended and quoted) and instead sourced the issue as a simple clog. Super grateful we called them instead of destroying our yard for no reason...

They called and came out as promised on time, for a free estimate, Pricing was excellent!! and they did the job on the spot.The guys Rich & Joe were VERY knowledgeable and professional, they explained every step clearly, and did an awesome job in a reasonable amount of time. they job was completed and clean up weas a breeze and I must say it was pleasure having them in my home. and would recommend to friends and family

Roger Ross has been our go-to plumber for years. His team is very responsive and helpful, whatever your issue may be. They are very knowledgeable and will make sure the job isn't done until you're satisfied with the work. We recently had them replace our water heater and they took care of everything very quickly and cleanly and we have had no issues since.

These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. My Bosch furnace/hot water unit wasn't getting power, and I couldn't find anyone who was both able to service it and come out on a Saturday afternoon. Fortunately, it turned out not to be a complicated problem, and Andrew was here and done within an hour of my calling him. I appreciate his prompt attention and helpfulness.

I worked with Kelly today. She was extremely nice and knew a great deal about the work. She seemed trustworthy and was a pleasure to work with. A+ for Kelly!The quote and payment seemed high but that isn’t Kelly’s fsult by any means.In normal circumstances I would’ve gotten another quote but needed the work done on the toilet ASAP.

Our local plumber couldn't clear our sewer line, and said we would need a more powerful company to blast it out. He couldn't recommend one, but gave two names. The first one wasn't available on Christmas day. Our plumber called Zoom next so he could explain our problem and what they had tried. Zoom then called back right away to confirm, a very pleasant lady, and said a technician had just become available. Mike called, texted, with his photo, and came to our house right away. He cleared the sewer line, explained what he'd found, and gave us his future recommendations. We didn't think the cost was too much, especially since our local plumber wouldn't charge us for their two hours of work. Mike was professional, courteous and efficient. I totally, without reservation, recommend this company.
