Came home on a Friday and discovered our water line had developed a persistent leak. Checked my neighborhood Facebook page and saw a lot of my neighbors were recommending Bill Frusco Plumbing.It was late, but gave them a call because they claimed 24/7 emergency service. A woman took my information and they called back first thing Saturday morning with a time they would be there.The technician was Brendan, who was great! He arrived when he said he would, quickly diagnosed the problem, gave us detailed options, along with his recommendation, as well as fair estimates for those options. We went with his recommendation, and although he didn't have the needed part on his truck, he quickly secured one from the supply house. Upon his return, he completed the work and resolved the problem in a timely manner. He asked if we had any questions about the work he did or if we had anything else we would like him to look at while he was there.My wife even discussed with him a potential future project she is interested in doing at the house and he made suggestions on what they could do to help.I would highly recommend Bill Frusco Plumbing. They are reliable, professional, and reasonable.

I contacted Andrew because of a clogged kitchen sink and water leaking from my dishwasher. He responded back in minutes and was able to come out the same day. He figured out the issue was a clogged pipe in my basement. He went to pick up the parts I needed, installed everything and got my sink unclogged and my dishwasher to stop leaking all within a few hours. He gave me a very reasonable price and was very honest and friendly. He took time out to explain the issues and how to prevent any future problems. He’s now my go to for any plumbing needs and I’d highly recommend his services to anyone.

Called to ask about the work I needed and Wayne was so patient and thoroughly explained everything to me and answered all my questions. He was also the most fair pricing I received for plumbing work. We don't wear shoes in the house and the work was in the backyard where the only way there is through the house but he had his own tarps that he laid out through the whole house to ensure no mess was left. I have worked with many contractors and specialists over the past 5 years and he is the FIRST to have his own tarps and to do this. He even had shoe covers to wear when he was removing the tarp at the end of the work. His company pens that he gave me are also super cool as it also doubles as a flashlight. Super friendly, thorough and trustworthy. He will be my go to plumber moving forward.
