I was listing a house in Roxborough, and had a last minute major repair come up. Within a week, East falls took up the sidewalk, fixed, sent invoice, and saved our closing !

The tech that came out to our home this morning was a Godsend. They sent someone ASAP. I had not had water for two whole days. He was able to find the issue and have it fixed within the hour. I am more than happy with the services I received.

I called Thompson Plumbing when I was not getting heat on the top floor of my three-story house. It is an old system that uses a boiler and hot water cast iron radiators. John came out and tweaked the pressure settings and bled the radiators resulting in fully warm and working system in an hour’s time. John did mention a radiator valve that may need to be replaced in the future. I highly recommend these guys.

Another great job from this company,Especially to Bob who did our shower. Our shower was leaking, no water pressure, and no hot water coming out. The big issue was when we moved in there's no access through the wall. Called Joe and no time he put us on schedule. Bob did a great job cutting and putting access to the wall, and didn't leave no mess at all. Im a happy customer. Thanks again.

Everything from how nice I was treated over the phone to how fast and friendly your service man was replacing our leaking spigot in the front of our house made it worth it to call you guys for plumbing services again.

Had an emergency Saturday evening. The tech was quick to respond and had us up an running quickly. He also made great suggestions on future maintenance as well was not pushy. The price was fair for the work performed and look forward to using this company again.

I've been a client of Fred's since I purchased my home in 1985.He has installed/replaced heating systems, bathrooms fixtures, drain pipes - just about anything that needed to be replaced or repaired in an old house. He has been nothing but professional, always prompt in his response, never needed call backs - a fabulous plumber.

I had him install a water meter coupling for me and it was the incorrect size so I could not get my water meter put on. I called him back multiple times to inform him of his error but of course he went MIA. Luckily I was able to get a MASTER PLUMBER, which I highly doubt he is, to come fix it. I waited about two months to call him back and he answered. I guess he forgot my number. When he did I answer I told him of his error and how he could improve his business practices. Of course he offered to come by and fix it but literally two months after blowing me constantly off. If I would have waited for him I would have never got my water meter issue situated. Seems like this guy like the fast buck and that’s all. I would tell anyone to find another plumber because this guy just doesn’t cut it. ALSO A MASTER PLUMBER AT THAT!This is in response to your post. Prior to posting this review we spoke on the phone and you admitted that you didn’t answer me back and your excuse was “I was busy”. So please stop with the semantics. As I said before which you completely glossed over was the fact your not a MASTER PLUMBER. MASTER PLUMBERS are supposed to stay up to date with the new Philadelphia plumbing updates/codes. Regardless if a customer may or may not know what they need or asked for a MASTER PLUMBER would correct them and let them know what is correct. It’s a shame that your knowledge base is the same as the customers or slightly a little more. Like I said as to anyone reading this…HIRE A MASTER PLUMBER.

I was told this is a reputable company. Nowadays it seems, as with all other companies, it has gone down the drain. No one cares any more about doing their job right and leaving a customer satisfied. A company who takes pride in their work and who wants someone to come back to their business over and over again because their work is just that good. You do not get that with this company. Due to the inadequacies with the first visit, a second visit was required to come and finish the job. The prices are ridiculous, the workload, later in day, is rigged just to get out the door and call it a day. They even walk away with your plunger! Never again, lesson learned. 8/7: Update to my initial review. I just used for the first time the new water valve they replaced in the backyard where my hose is connected. The water pours directly out from the wall, great job guys! Maybe you should be less concerned about the reviews for your company and more concerned about the quality of your work. You heard right, they made a special trip to our home, after my initial review, to question my elderly Mother about my review. Another thing I need to replace after this company did the initial job!

Another quality job completed. I had a upstairs tub leaking water through to my kitchen ceiling. I could not find the source and a contractor that looked at it couldn't either. Joseph's was able to find the source right away and show it to me through the access panel for the tub. They were able to perform the work sooner than originally scheduled. Since the the access panel was not standard and only provided limited access to the tub they expected that a carpenter would need to be brought in to expand it. However, they were able to add a second panel below the original and save me several hundred dollars on the job. The crew was courteous and the work was done neatly and cleanly at a fair price. I continue to have complete confidence in Joseph's and recommend them fully.A.R.Elkins Park

I would give 6 stars if I could. Kevin from Mr. Rooter of Glenside is a professional in every way, he arrived promptly at the specified time evaluated the problem and kept me informed throughout the whole job. He cleaned up during and after the job and all of this for a very reasonable price. I will be using This company for all of my future plumbing needs.

I have had issues with contractors and sub-contracts in the past, especially recently with supply chain problems driving prices and availability issues through the roof. George and the team at Green HVAC was incredible. I had a few specific issues and requests. Appointments were easy to schedule. They showed up on time. They were polite and helpful. When I asked for a solution to a humidity problem and had my options explained to me, it was easy to schedule the major work. When the work was done, the instillation was very well thought out and cleanly executed. The level of expertise was visible in how cleanly things were done. Thank you so much for your help!

WOW I read the other review and it was the same experience I had I called at 9 am they said they would be their I took off of work missed a whole days pay I called all day long the lady said they will be there each of the 10 times I called throughout the day I was boiling mad I rented a plumbers snake from Home Depot for 47 dollars was easy to use did it myself
