I opted for 24/7 emergency service because my kitchen sink drain was clogged and the water in the pipe just wouldn't budge. I was fortunate that John Snyder himself came through and saved the day. My experience was efficient and professional from beginning to ending. I received a call back from his office in a timely manner and after I provided the necessary details for the job, I received a text confirmation within minutes that John would be there with an approximate time. I received another text when he was actually heading my way. He was very personable, polite, and professional, and my kitchen sink drain was clear within an hour of his arrival. The cost was affordable and reasonable for quality work, which is what he delivered. After payment, I received a thank you, receipt, and review request via email. I found Tony via a Google search and was amazed by his reviews; they all seemed a genuine. I called left a voice mail and he called me back in less then 30 minutes. He came last week to fix a leak in my basement sink. He was on time, came in with a mask, and foot booties/ covers. We went over the repairs and tested the fix, paid by credit card.I would like to say again, his service was professional and he was gentleman. I will use again and recommend.

Unfortunately, they don't seem like they are on the same page about things. I used them once for an emergency, however, I don't think I'll be using them again. Overall, I didn't really have a great experience with them.

Economy Plumbing installed a water pressure booster pump and related piping in our crawlspace. The resulting boost in our water pressure was dramatic, and we are very happy. We researched four different plumbing companies before hiring Economy, and we were thrilled with their professional service and fair price. Highly recommended!

I just want to Thank The Plumbers from this company that came right out to my house and fixed my kitchen sink that was clogged. This was the only place that came right out and helped me. I’ll try to keep this long story short. In the beginning of July, 2022, I called Bill Frusco for an estimate for service. Upon receiving the estimate via email, they asked for a $400 deposit, for which I provided my debit card but told them not to use it as I had one more estimate to get. On 7/5/22, I let them know, again via email, that I had contracted with someone else and to shred my debit card information. Out of nowhere, on 7/15/22, I received a call from Molly to confirm my appointment on 7/18/22, which I clearly did not know anything about (nor was it even the date of service that I needed) and they proceeded to take $400 out of my bank account…without my authorization. Today is 7/25/22 and still don’t have my money back. BEWARE of this company!!!

Splash and specifically John were a pleasure to work with. They came out in a timely manner and helped me with an issue 2 others plumbers could not fix. 10/10 would highly recommend to anyone with plumbing needs!

Very neat, dependable & reasonable

I first contacted these guys more than a month ago after a recommendation from a neighbor who had them install a pump.They initially came out in two days and told me the shower head needed to be replaced. I bought several that weekend, tried them all, and the issue did not go away. Called these guys all first thing the next week to tell them.The technician came out again a couple days later and took photos. He told me the cartridge usually takes just one or two days.Nobody called me for several days. So I called them again. The woman I spoke to said they must not have heard back from the supplier but they would contact me as soon as they did.Another week went by and still no phone call from the plumber. So I had to call them back again. This time I was told the photos the technician took were not clear. I immediately walked downstairs, took several photos, emailed them, and asked for confirmation they were okay.Another week went by. Again nobody responded. So I called and left a detailed urgent message with their answering service.The owner and namesake emailed me the next day early in the morning asking if he could come by. I replied within ten minutes despite being before 5am out West where I was traveling, explaining that would not work and asking if they revived the part. Nobody responded.So after 5 days I contacted them again. The woman I spoke to had the owner call me while I was on the line. Joseph explained this is is not how he does business and asked if he could come by today at 6:00am. I asked about a later time and he offered 6:30. Seeing he wouldn’t go much later, and given he seemed apologetic, I reluctantly agreed. We confirmed the 6:30 visit.Joseph also explained the supply house told them were two cartridges, they didn’t know which, and he would show me all the communication. He mentioned they wouldn’t charge me a service fee for the instal - only for the part. It was odd he didn’t tell me the price but I didn’t think anything of it at the time. Another odd thing was that I asked several times how long it would take to get the part and install it if we agreed though Joseph did not give me any answer.So this morning I awoke at 5:00 and was on my stoep from 6:25-7:05. Nobody came by.When I emailed to inquire and express my bewilderment, Joseph responded saying he called me this morning and left a voicemail. My phone has so not disturb on before 8am for obvious reasons so I did not see. I checked and did in fact have a voicemail - but it just asked me to call back. And it’s a moot point because we confirmed the 630 time. Backed by the word of the owner and namesake.I responded to his reply not even fifteen minutes later simply asking for the price of the part. This time Joseph did not respond.After more than a month, the office staff has now not responded at all a few times, responded extremely slowly others, and lied. Now the owner and namesake did not show up.And they haven’t even told me the price for the cartridge now that they heard back from the supply house. While I didn’t know why before, I do now. Just look at other google reviews.Don’t waste your time.

We have used McLoughlin Plumbing for many years, and find they do what they say they are going to do. In addition they are very responsive when we have a critical problem.We had our annual service done today, and our technician, Steve was terrific. he went about his business in a totally professional way. Not only is he knowledgable, but he was courteous and polite. He was also able to answer any questions we had. I cannot say enough good things about him.

If you're looking for fast, reasonable, non-pushy plumbing service, this is it. WOW! Mr. Rooter of Glenside quite literally saved our day and they did it FAST. We called Mr. Rooter of Glenside at around 12:30pm today because of a backed up shower drain that was leaking sewage - needless to say we needed help quickly. Sally, who answered the call, was very courteous and friendly, quickly asked for the info on the job and location and let us know she would get someone out between 2pm-4pm to help, if not sooner. I am not kidding you when I say that less than 20 minutes later a Mr. Rooter truck pulled up outside of our house. Kevin was very friendly and came in, walked the house with me to understand the plumbing layout, diagnosed the issue, let us know what had to be done and brought up a very reasonable estimate right away. As soon as we signed off, Kevin and his assistant Sean got right to work and in less than an hour had everything fixed and ready to go. They were clean, polite, and insanely efficient. They didn't try to add-on any additional services or sell us on anything, just fix the problem and let us know they'd be ready to help if we ever needed it again. I am truly blown away by the service we received. We've had some pretty terrible experiences with some other companies we've worked with in the past and going into this I wasn't sure what to expect. Now I can confidently say that Mr. Rooter has a new loyal customer. Obviously the lightning fast arrival and work time shouldn't be seen as the standard, but the fact that they were so efficient and kind really made all of the difference. I cannot recommend this company enough - as I said at the beginning, if you are looking for fast and reliable plumbing services in the Glenside/Abington/Willow Grove area, look no further.

I am incredibly satisfied with this company. When a leak started in our basement and we didn't know where it was coming from, we reached out. The initial contact (with what I'm assuming was an answering service) was a bit disconcerting but someone else reached out only a few hours later to set up a service appointment. The next morning, someone came out, immediately identified the problem, and sent out the next guy to fix it within a matter of hours. They forgot to replace the cap to the drain out on the sidewalk and someone came by the next day, even after they had already been paid, to remedy it. 10/10 would recommend- responsive, efficient, and show up when they say they will.

I had a plumbing emergency. Mr. Boyd came right away and solved the problem. He is very knowledgeable, completely up front with what needs to be done. Courteous and reasonably priced. Mr. Boyd will be my go to plumber.

It’s a big scam, don’t call this people

My wife and I had a house fire about 1.5 years ago. We hired a contractor to rebuild our whole house. Our contractor hired Sam Wexler for all of the plumbing.Right when we moved back into our new house after being displaced for a year there were problems right away. Every single bathroom sink had leaks, things weren't tightened all the way. We had to keep calling them to come back every few days to fix yet another leak. Which they did and came back often to fix their mistakes.They left a temporary plug on an access point that had caused the master bathroom toilet to constantly overflow and also drain fecal matter and urine into the shower. I called another plumber to come fix that, that plumber discovered the temporary plug that needed to be removed and solved that issue.Now, almost 7 months later after we moved into our house I discovered that there was water under the kitchen sink now. I did some looking and noticed that the pipe that connects the sink to the wall was just loose and was not glued into the wall at all. I could just pull it right out of the wall. So, I called them last weekend about it and today get the response that it is passed their 30 day warranty now and that they can possibly send someone in a few days.Instead of having them come back out, I called my contractor about it and he is going to send someone completely different over to fix this issue now.Who knows what else I will discover in the future.
